Booked 3 tickets for me and my sons for FC Barcelona v Real Madrid on the 11th of May . I was worried as we had been stung by fraud tickets in the past, but the helpful customer service by Jessica set our mind at ease and everything worked smoothly. The tickets were great and we had a really great time at the match -a dream come true for my sons to see a classico live! One small inconvenience of booking tickets for Barcelona is that we had to supply extra passenger info before the game, but we then received the tickets with no problem a few days before the match. As I was taking my kids, I don't mind them having good security measures in place.
Dealing with Ticketed was easy and Jessica was very helpful throughout the process. Will book again!

I had a very disappointing experience purchasing tickets through this company. The pricing was unclear from the start, and when I reached out for help, no one was able to provide a clear explanation or breakdown of the charges.

What made it even more frustrating was the so-called 24-hour customer service line — every time I called, someone would pick up and immediately hang up. I tried multiple times across different hours with the same result.

Unfortunately, the lack of reliable support and poor communication made the entire process unnecessarily stressful. I wouldn’t recommend using this service until they make some serious improvements to their customer service and transparency.

After an incorrect purchase, the Ticketed Team was able to resolve my issue and re-sell the tickets and everything was handled perfectly.
I appreciate their customer service team for all they did to help me along the way and I would definitely use their service again just based on the great customer service I got.

Went to the Manchester City vs Bournemouth game Tuesday past. Tickets were provided together. The process to obtain tickets was easy and quick with the help as always of Jessica. At the stadium it was efficient and simple and being in the hospitality area was brilliant. Absolutely great experience from start to finish. Jessica big thank you to you and the team.

Just returned from my Trip to Munich - and the experience with Ticketed.com / Jess was excellent and seamless from start to finish - during my visit to Der Klassiker to see FC Bayern vs. Dortmund at the Allianz Arena.

Tickets were sent via email (PDF) 5-6 days before the match and instructions were clear. The package include a number of nice extra's (which incidentally werent advertised) to include tickets for Munich's Hop-on Hop-off Tourist Bus of the City, and tickets to visit the FC Bayern Museum and a Stadium Tour at the Allianz Arena.

I particularly appreciated the quick responses via email from Jess to my questions, and her colleague Kaisa who went the extra mile to ensure I was able to visit the FC Bayern Museum on Matchday

Amazing experience booking with Ticketed.com for our Manchester United vs. Wolves hospitality package. Jessica helped us make sure we got seats together, and we ended up with ones that were right on the centreline which was better than expected, giving us a clear view of both halves of the entire pitch! Tickets were delivered via email a few days before the match, and entry into the stadium went smoothly, nothing unexpected happened. This was a milestone birthday present for my dad, who has been a lifelong Manchester United fan, and he enjoyed it very much. Thanks again!!

One thing I would note is that there is a chance that match day may move due to EPL scheduling (which did for the match we attended), therefore build in some buffer when making your travel plans.

The purchase of tickets for an LFC game was very easy through the help given by Jessica. She went above and beyond even producing Christmas gift cards we could give to our family. The day itself was excellent. Everything was as stated in the information. Excellent service. Would not hesitate to use them again.

While in London on a work trip in January, I booked a last-minute ticket to see The Book of Mormons. I got to choose my seats in the theatre, which were amazing. The tickets were emailed to me directly which the door people scanned on my phone.

Our tickets were just perfect! Right above the home-team's bench and close enough to hear the coach shout his instructions. Great sightlines to both goals as well.

Buying tickets to football matches (soccer matches) in the UK is hard when you live in the states. However, when working with someone like Jessica it makes the process amazing!!! Spot on customer service like nothing I have experienced in the states (or elsewhere). She was responsive with all my concerns (we've all read the stories about purchasing tickets overseas) and walked me through the entire process and everything she promised happened exactly as she said. We got tickets to a hard to get match involving Arsenal, and EVERYTHING went according to plan. No surprises, no bait and switch, everything was PERFECT and thanks to Jessica. She even offered advise on getting tickets to another match later that week. I wish she would move to the states so I could hire her. Be warned you get what you pay for- and tickets are expensive, but the piece of mind, and the location of the seats are worth every penny (or shilling)

Purchased tickets for the Arsenal vs Chelsea fixture. Great experience overall, delivery of tickets was smooth and the experience at the stadium was fantastic. It was easy to purchase the tickets through ticketed.com and their customer service is very responsive and helpful. Would recommend them for attending any Premier League games.

Unless you're a season ticket holder, it's normally impossible to get to Anfield for a game. These guys really sorted me out.
