An issue occurred when paying for tickets, my cards kept being declined so I purchased the tickets elsewhere. A few days later I noticed I had actually been charged for one of the transactions, so I emailed, got a response overnight, sent some proof of my other tickets and got a refund within a few hours - all on a weekend! And I thought good customer service was dead - well impressed.

I bought tickets to Christmas Dunham Massey for 19th December (tomorrow). My newborn was admitted into alder hey and tried to change tickets via the app on evening of 17th December. The app wouldn't provide the alternative dates/times and the help desk line was closed so I waited for today to call. I called on 18th December at 10.30am to change the tickets to a different date but was told that the terms and conditions stated that we could only exchange tickets 24 hours before the event and respite me calling 30 hours before the event I am unable to swap them.
They will not provide me with a refund either, despite being able to provide medical letters stating my child is in hospital.
I wasn't even looking for a refund initially, I was wanting to exchange to a different date and the app didn't work, so called still before 24 hours period.

The website is useless, you wait for a verification code which when it eventually arrives says its invalid. 28 attempts !!! Before it worked. Appalling and of course no phone number to ask for help!!

The paying bit was easy but trying to find 2 tickets I wouldn't allow me to book 2 seats if there was 3 seats in a row as said can't leave 1 seat but when I looked around to find others there was lots of single seats so was a bit disappointed as when I went back on the seats I wanted had gone which left 1 seat,but I eventually found some seats so I'm happy

I booked my tickets and then realised I’d booked the wrong date. Disaster!
I had little hope of being able to exchange or get a refund but I was wrong.
I contacted them via the form and they emailed me within the hour and were able to resolve my issue. I had to rebook for the correct date and then they were able yo issue a refund.
Such a relief.

You say that my tickets will be available on ‘venue app’, but there are several ‘venue app’s available on my iPhone, so at the moment I don’t know where my tickets are
I am guessing that at some point you will tell me, but at the moment I just don’t know

Can’t customers have the option to buy without signing up to an email club?
I may not need tickets ever again but emails will be blocking up my account every day.
Would just be nice to get tickets and have confirmation only for a change.

Ticketek sold me duplicate tickets for the Mcfly v Busted concert in Liverpool, thanks to the staff at the M&S arena we were able to get to see the concert. I complained to Ticketek and they weren't interested.
I only gave 1 star because I couldn't give zero.

It is really straightforward to use, only one part is challenging to find a ticket for the combined option (castle and light trail) that is in good timing and not hours apart) but I got there at the end.
