Ticketmaster process was flawless but…

Ticketmaster process was flawless but we were very disappointed that the start time was vague... no opening band - fine but the concert was an hour with no encore? We travelled several hours having had to make a lot of arrangements to be there. I'm sure this is the bands decision but factor in the gas, the hotel, the pet sitter etc. and it was over before I was even relaxed ;(

I would score -10 if I could

If I could score this a -10, I would. I spent over $600 on two tickets in the first row of the 106 section. I don’t go out very often, and I was excited and thought these would be good seats although directly to the left of us was the ramp going onto the floor, and the entire show for two hours, we stared at people standing in front of us, pouring their drinks into glasses. We stayed from 730 until 930 and then left right when the Goo Goo Dolls started because we couldn’t see anything and it was just a huge disappointment. I really hope this is received genuinely because I believe I should be compensated or at the very least acknowledged about this and something done so other people don’t have the same horrible disappointing experience. I have videos upon videos of the entire night and what we had to stare at, which was not the show.

Couldn't scan the tickets from my phone. Had to log into someone else's phone to enter the ground. When I tried to download to Google wallet, I could only download load one of the four tickets.

We loved the show but the venue was…

We loved the show but the venue was inadequate for a friend of mine that joined us. While they were willing to accommodate his situation, they were not willing to allow his wife to join him when they had to move him to a different location in the venue. Given that these tickets were a wedding gift for them from myself I was extremely disappointed with the way they handled the situation.

I think you're a toxic Monopoly that should be broken apart

You're doing monopolistic practices like telling venues they can't host certain artists because they don't use you as their ticketing service. This allows you to have terrible customer service and charge your crazy fees and basically do whatever you want cuz you're a monopoly. I cannot wait till Lina Khan breaks you guys up and hopefully throws some of you in prison for your illegal antitrust tactics.
