Idk who hired the opener for this show, poor VIP management

Opener was very clearly unwell and on a downer type drug/substance and made the audience super uncomfortable. Please give staff even a few minutes of time to review the new system updates as we ran into an issue where they struggled to locate us due to so many changes. In the chaos of trying to figure it out- they missed some important parts of the VIP package(which we purchased VIP I) and didn’t get the wrist bands required when we were being filtered through the proper lines. Resulting in us having to go back up the stairs find someone who had the wrist bands, and then have them realize they missed some merch items as well. We also ended up losing our opportunity to get barricade spot in the line to go back and find the right items.

Staff was friendly overall, if not weirdly touchy when recognizing that we had passed them once before without the bracelets. Although weird interaction upon return with our bracelets from the line folks who assumed we were not supposed to be in the VIP I line and tried to defer us without seeing our tickets or directing us where to go to get said bracelets/ have them on hand in case any VIP I was missed.

Stage crew was very nice and security made sure to pass waters through crowd and discourage shoulder sitting and blocking peoples views.

I had to change the date of the…

I had to change the date of the performance I attended. The rep on the phone was very helpful, however the new tickets didn't appear in the app. I had to wait on line at Will Call at the theatre to get the tickets. Ideally, I would have had the tickets already and could get right on the entry line.

Great Show by Springsteen

Great Show by Springsteen - horrible trying to get out of the area after the show, the ticket fees/service charges are astronomically high, we eat before we get there because of the expenses trying to feed ourselves, the dynamic pricing seems like such a crude way to get folks to pay as much as possible for tickets

Facility was very nice-clean restrooms

Facility was very nice-clean restrooms, and staff very pleasant and the show was super!! In addition, the prepaid underground attached parking was excellent and convenient! Will definitely attend more shows there.

Band was poorly served

Band was poorly served. Ticketmaster services was very good (but expensive with all the added fees). The venue was good. However the band treated very very badly by the (terrible) sound mixing engineer. Even one of the band members said from the stage that he could not hear the music. The bass drums were set so loud that the rest of the music was drowned out by the extremely loud bass drums. Vocalists had to nearly scream when singing. Ruined the concert.

Awesome experience and Wonderful show

Watching the Wizard of Oz was an awesome experience! At first, getting to our section was a fun adventure but then as we found our seats I couldn’t believe how high we were and that feeling in my gut was not great LOL. Being afraid of heights did not help and I was afraid I wouldn’t enjoy the show but then it started and it all changed!! I enjoyed every single minute and will definitely come back for the awesome experience! Highly recommend.

Seamless Experience

It was an easy, seamless experience for me. It was my first time going to concert in years and I didn’t have any issues. Entering the venue was smooth and the staff experience was favorable, in my opinion. The bathrooms were nicely upkept.

Horrendous website

Horrendous website. If I open a new tab I have to log in again. Once the queue is done, and I try to buy a new ticket, it does not necessarily tell me they're over. Email alerts do not always work. I click on reserve, it opens a new tab, I have to login, I find that I have to set an alert again for the same event. It ruined my day.
