Hearing her live was an absolute dream - her voice sounds just as incredible in person as on her recordings. For the past 5 months I am trying to get my money back for the three tickets that me and my friends sold via ticketmaster CZ (we sold all three tickets under one account).
We’ve tried adding several different international banks to receive our money back but each time on the website under seller details it would say our banks are approved and money will be transferred. However, that money never reached either of our bank accounts…
I’ve reached out to the support team but their answering times take ages. I have been waiting on an answer for over 2 weeks now… This is just ridiculous.
Writing a review here so that their support would finally react and properly help me and my friends get our money back. My support ticket number is 67181545, please get back to me ASAP, give me confirmation that I will FINALLY receive my money and information on when can I expect to receive my money.

The place where the concert was held is not great, the visibility was very limited due to the metallic structure used in the stage. The food was not great neither but maybe you are not related to these topics.

Pre-sale process worked perfectly. Communication and the App also helpful. The Podium section tickets were amazing!

Booking the tickets was really easy. We were regularly informed in advance, how to get there, what to expect etc.

Post Malone was the best concert I have ever seen, I've been on 5 concerts including twenty-one pilots and this was so much better outside.

I paid a very high price for seated tickets right in front of the stage and then security/organizers allowed people to stand right in front of our seats completely blocking our view.

From Ticketmaster's side, everything was probably fine. From Bruce Springsteen's side, it was a great concert — the energy, the performance, just as always. From the organizer Live Nation, however, it was a complete disaster. Nonsensical credit wristbands for payments, the requirement to download an app, an extra charge of 50 CZK for the wristband, long queues to top it up, long queues for drinks and food, a complicated refund form for unused credit, and Imagine Dragons cups at a Bruce Springsteen concert — an absolute disgrace. I will never attend another concert organized by this promoter again.

AC/DC absolutely great, but Letnany is not an appropriate place to enjoy concerts, unless you are amongst the lucky ones that had the chance to buy on time an overpriced Front of stage ticket. Bad sound on standing B and other sections (not to mention the high price for it), and the worst is lack of transport for such a big number of people. Ok, I understand, we're talking about AC/DC but their fans and the band too deserve better. Could be a nice place for music festivals maybe, but not for the rest.

Tickets kept from last year's cancelled event, service via email was clear and swift, concert was amazing!

Good transport to and from city of Prague to the venue.

No watertaps because of the very hot and very sunny conditions, hours before the show starts. 32 degrees Celsius.

Wristtags for getting food and drinks. Very annoying and bad werking. Why? Almost every mobile phone has a NFC-possibility.

Loved the food at the VIP Lounge and the whole experience of it. The seats were great and the show was absolutely amazing, Pitbull really killed it.

I was disappointed with the Toilet facilities, lack of water and toilet paper at the venue. However, the metro system was superb both getting to and from the venue. The venue itself was great, security were helpful and I found my seat very quickly. The acoustics were very good bearing in mind it was in the open.
The E Street Band were magnificent, amazing, professional entertaining and many other superlatives you can think off. I loved that he greeted the Czech people in their language and when he made his statements Bruce Springsteen arranged for it to shown in Czech on the side screens. Music as always was emotionally gripping, thoughtful. I am still excited by the event some 5 days after attending.

I transfered my tickets and they disappeared : not visible to the person I transfered them too and not any more available in my account.

Never again !
