A great spectacle

Awful. Organizators- no info from them regarding the wrong info about the start of the show. Tickets said the start is 6 pm. Cca One hundred people was waiting before the gate, no appology nothing. Also had no info that before Christian Loffler, there would be another musician. The performance of the musician awful too. Never buying a ticket for Christian Loffler as he does nit check these important things. waste of money.

Criminally adjusted my seats from best to worst location with no compensation
No knock on the show - the DMB was incredible. I am very disappointed with Ticketmaster and/or the venue. I purchased tickets that were in row 1, on 2nd floor directly next to the stage.
Ticketmaster adjusted my tickets from the seats I had - literally to the furthest back corner of the venue. When I enquired about them at least getting me tickets in a location that was comparable to my original location (closer to the stage) - they said they could do nothing for me. When I went back to the Ticketmaster site and found tickets that were closer to my original seats (but still further from the stage than my original seats) - they said I would have to pay a difference to get these seats. I consider it nearly criminal that I can pay for a ticket - and Ticketmaster can change my ticket (and give me a significantly worse position). If they are required to move me - they should either move me to a better position - or if they can only offer me a worse location - they should allow me to have the seat - but refund me the value I paid for the original seats.
