It was very easy to buy tickets online. Already second experience. Last October bought tickets for The Cure concert in same venue - Helsinki Jäähalli
Average circus performance. The water as an element was not used too much in the shows. I feel like there is a lot of potential to make water to have a bigger role on the acts.

Ticketmaster.fi have stolen my money
I got extremely negative experience with this company. In September, 2022 I bought online a ticket for the Cure concert in Helsinki scheduled for October 8, if I remember right. In the end of September Finland restricted (in fact, closed its border) travelling for Russian citizens. I had to cancel my trip and asked for refund due to force majeure circumstances. I was refused with an explanation “we can not make a refund until Russia is under sanctions”. I tried to explain for a few months that neither I, nor my banks were under sanctions, and asked a few times to provide viable legal grounds for their refusal. No result, just fruitless waste of time for communication with them. Effectively, these guys have stolen my money. Be careful with them.

A total joke of a company
Total scammers with non-existent customer support. Taking two weeks to replay is unacceptable for such a huge international company, not to mention these guys own me a refund, which was suppose to come in 30 days, however it’s been more than 2 months now.
I’d advise anyone to avoid them at all cost, however it seems like these a-holes pretty much monopolized the ticket selling market in Finland. So avoid if possible.

It would be nice to Ticketmaster to at least give a response to the emails that are sent.
We are now a number of e-mails further, but to date you do not want to proceed with payment, despite the promises.
Very sad to find out, I expected more from a reputable company.

5 stars deserved for the customer service
I had a big problem with my reservation, I wrote a pm to their fb page and they answered me in less than one hour, trying to do their best to solve my issue, they could just ignore me since I didn't add any kind of insurance to my ticket but they found a way to change it.
Great website, totally recommended!
