Disneyland…

I used Picniq to book Disneyland tickets and found it to offer the best value for money compared to other platforms. The pricing was competitive and the overall deal was quite attractive. However, the user experience—especially the login process—was very poor and frustrating. The interface feels outdated and not well optimized, almost like a basic WordPress setup. This takes away from an otherwise good offering. With improvements to the platform experience, it could be an excellent choice overall.

I can only recommend

I can only recommend. I was initially a bit afraid as I was not buying it from the official site. Nevertheless, my experience was great - we saved more than 30 pounds thanks to family deal and we enjoyed London eye a lot!

Communication was also great - I’ve received immediate message with information to What’s app and email either tickets in few minutes.

Genuine company

peace of mind

Best price around but it changes up and down

I found this website when searching ways to buy tickets, It had good reviews, I created an account and purchased my tickets but I find it very hard to get back to the members bit it would help to have a login page or link to get back to your account, happy to discuss

Cancelled tickets…

Was really pleased to find these tickets at such as good price to treat my children to a fun day out in London as a Christmas present.
However, after spending hundreds of pounds on the tickets, hotel and travel, we arrived at the London dungeons to find that our tickets had been cancelled and was told we needed to buy the tickets again. Obviously the on the door day cost was much higher and we had to walk away with 2 very disappointed children.
Apparently an email and WhatsApp messages was sent, but unfortunately these obviously did not come to my inbox for me to see. Also, if I had of been refunded I would have noticed and questioned this with the company.
All in all we spent hundreds of pounds and lost 2 days of earnings ( me and husband both self employed) for nothing!
Very poor experience, and still so upset :(

I purchased tickets to climb the 02

I purchased tickets to climb the 02 in London.
When I arrived at the 02, I was told my tickets had been cancelled and given no reason why.
I did not receive an email or text message from the company.

Pathetic excuse for a company

Pathetic excuse for a company. Me and my friends booked a few tickets to do crystal maze for my birthday. Few days later they emailed some of us saying they messed up and will issue refunds. Some of my contacts never received that email either. Why advertise something you couldn't agree with the venue is beyond me. No compensation was offered.

You didn't get in touch with all the people and I had to do it myself.
Technical mishaps do happen, it is how you resolve and the experience you provide to make it less of an inconvenience. The correct response would have been rebooking people on the official site yourself, that's what a good company would do.
