Illegal in Ontario to resell tickets for more than the original ticket price so I paid almost triple the price than I would have if I bought off Ticketmaster so I basically got scammed and can't do anything because they wouldn't let me cancel my order

Super easy to buy the tickets
Super easy to buy the tickets, and I loved that there are no extra fees like ticketmaster. Tickets arrived in my email in one day. Seating map was helpful, but we are seeing a show at the Andrew J Brady center in Cincinnati, I would suggest explaining that the side areas that are labeled "general admission box" are elevated. We have attended a concert there before, and picked those seat on purpose b/c they are great, but its not clear from the map that they are elevated above the standing room floor.

Bought tickets for Post Malone/Jelly roll at premium price. Not given any idea where seats would be. When we got tickets our seats where on a section with an obstructed view. What a scam.
