Used for both selling and buying and the security of the site is impecable, at least when the tickets can only be transfered through TICKETMASTER, haven´t tried it with PDF tickets.

Overpaid tickets!

718€ for 4 tickets + approx 120€ admin fee for TicketSwap (=840€ in total); but I paid 1.153€: where does the difference go to?

Transaction was easy and secure (once I was fast enough and had the luck to get a ticket).

I had a very disappointing experience…

I had a very disappointing experience with TicketSwap when buying a ticket for the Giveon concert on March 10.

I purchased the ticket through TicketSwap, believing the platform guarantees that tickets sold there are valid. However, when I arrived at the venue and the ticket was scanned, it showed “cancelled” and I was denied entry.

After speaking with the ticket information desk at the venue, I was told that the original seller had already received a refund for the ticket on February 28, which means the ticket should never have been resold or made available on the platform.

This left me in a situation where I paid for a ticket that was already invalid before the event even happened. I traveled to the concert only to find out at the entrance that my ticket could not be used.

I have contacted TicketSwap support, but the response time has been extremely slow. As a buyer, I should not have to prove that the ticket did not work when the platform claims to guarantee safe resale.

I trusted TicketSwap’s system to protect buyers from exactly this kind of situation. At the moment I am still waiting for a resolution and a refund for a ticket that was clearly invalid.

I hope TicketSwap will take responsibility for this case and resolve it quickly.

Easy and efficient

It worked really well to sell my ticket, several times already!
It's always quite easy to set up and I don't have to do much, would definitely do it again next time I have to sell my ticket
