I bought ticket 5 mounts ago, they can not sende ticket to Denmark.

no we cannot ship at weekends, but are you not staying in a hotel or with someone in Germany?
Sending them to Denemark can take over a week and might not arrive in time, and Express services are super expensive.

Good news, your Tickets are ready to be shipped. As it is shot notice, it will be safer to send to a german adress. Can you provide us with an adress in Germany, maybe with friends or a hotel adress where you will be staying? Please advice, so we can ship tickets on monday.

Thank you for your request. Until now, we did not receive any news regarding your tickets from our supplier. However, we are trying our best at this very moment to secure your tickets and therefore would like you to take this process into consideration.

In some cases, we are not able to finalize an order because the tickets are simply not available on the market anymore, which is why we cannot guarantee a delivery. In this case, the customer will be reimbursed the full amount. In general however, our customers are very happy with our service.

We will inform you about any news that we will receive from our supplier as soon as we get them.

I am going through an exchange with TicketTube and so far it has been very negative. Waiting for the outcome of the procedure.

In a nutshell: I started a booking but did not complete it. I assumed that it did not get reserved in a permanent way because most websites automatically cancel the booking if the payment has not been made within a certain (short) period of time. There is not an english version of the website, which did not make things any easier.

However, yesterday TicketTube emailed me saying that if I do not make the payment, I need to pay a cancellation fee within 7 days because they want to be ''cooperative''. It sounded like blackmailing.

I don't know if it will make any difference, but I have a great need to inform other people about the way you treat your customers. My husband bought 2 tickets for Ludovico Einaudi concert at Waldbuhne Berlin through your site (one ticket is 60 euro, and you take with no shame a commission of extra 30 euro PER TICKET). Unfortunately we realised we won't be able to attend this beautiful event after all. so we sent you a detailed medical documentation which states serious medical condition why we can't attend the concert and your answer was that you don't return money in case of illness. Thank you TicketTube, good to know who we are dealing with here, definitely a great reason to spread a word among other people in which way your are doing business.

I wanted to buy tickets for the national concert in Berlin in October 2017. so searched in the internet yesterday 11.05.17 for tickets and the only site that was already selling the tickets was ticket tube so I thought they were the only site selling them and that that they were sold out! so I bought 3 tickets( two were presents) trusting the internet site since they are specialized in sold out tickets! I thought 90 euros was expensive but with it for the band. The next day I was informed from a friend that the tickets are not even for sale and that the price was surely excessive! I tried to cancel the transaction and so I sent an email to the customers service. They replied and said that I could do it by transferring a cancelation fee (which I did immediately) and if the transaction did not take place. Few minutes after I ve done the bank transfer to cancel the purchase I received an email confirming the transaction! How convenient! So no cancellation possible! So now I am stuck with tickets that are a lot more expensive that I don t know when they will arrive! How can they offer sold out tickets before they are even on the market????? How is this even legal???? They state that they sell tickets 'at markets prices' when they are even not on the market??? How can this happen in an European country???? I feel robbed and never again will I buy something from them!

Arcade Fire concert in Köln for 16.06.2017 on sale with fake prices, €96.50 including website fees.
The tickets in Arcade Fire cost €44.
No actual tickets are ship to the address and just a PDF file, not valid to document as it could be sell many times to different people. Plus no telephone for customer service, only email contact. No possibility to cancel the tickets, very bad company.

Tickettube seems like a nice company at first. I did not have any problems with ordering or receiving my tickets for the Bon Iver concert in Hamburg. Though when the concert got cancelled, I was only able to get 90 euro in total as a refund for the 214 euro I paid. They do not want to compromise and least of all give the money back. They're rude and unreliable.

I had the sad experience that Bon Iver canceled his concert.
But worst of all was that I had bought the tickets for that concert through ticket-tube.
Ticket Tube does not pay the full amount of money back after a concert canellation. Be highly aware of this!
I lost a total of 48% (!!!!) of my money for nothing.
Really bad stile company!

Be aware that when buying from TicketTube you cannot be sure to get the tickets, even though TicketTube confirm the purchase and withdraw the money. In November I bought tickets for the Coldplay concert in Hamburg on July 1st 2016. 6 days prior to the concert I was informed that they could not deliver any tickets. Apparently, TicketTube has a business model where they sell tickets, confirm the purchase and withdraw the money without actually having any tickets (a business model which would be illegal in Denmark, where I come from, since businesses in Denmark are not allowed to withdraw money from the customers before they send the goods). I cannot recommend TicketTube if you want to be 100% sure of going to the event.
