I made a mistake on my booking and messaged out for a cancellation via whatsapp got a reply from Jad in seconds and delt with it in no time, very kind and respectful would recommend this service! :D

I would just like to say what a fantastic taxi company Tick Taxi is. They arrived promptly on time and sent an email prior to their arrival letting us know when they were coming with a photograph of the driver which I thought was really good so we could see who would be driving us. The service from this company was first class in every way. The drivers were charming and friendly.
The prices were also very good.
I would definitely use this company again. It was above and beyond and highly recommended for anybody looking for a decent taxi service. A very happy customer, thank you so very much.

I cannot fault this company, the communication from Jawad was excellent. We booked Taxis to and from Bristol airport, and both times the Taxi's arrived bang on time. Drivers were efficient and polite, Gurpeet and Mohamed were both very helpful and friendly. We will definitely use them again.

My son uses ticktaxis everyday school day as part of a school transport contract.
The team have been supporting my son for nearly a year. They always have great communication, are always reliable. Are friendly and kind and make my son’s journey a relaxed and happy experience. Which is particularly important when you are trusting they to transport your child regularly.

I had an exceptional business travel experience with Tick Taxi. The driver was punctual, courteous, and navigated through traffic efficiently. The vehicle was clean and comfortable. Overall, a reliable and stress-free transportation option. I highly recommend their services for a seamless travel experience.

Drivers both ways from Bristol Airport were on time, polite and friendly. First driver could have been a bit slower, he was throwing himself around the narrow winding lanes but at least we got there in one piece. Second driver much more careful driver, very polite and friendly young man. Always nervous when getting taxis but these guys were pros. Will use again.

i recently (3rd september 2023) booked a taxi by ticktaxi on route to bristol airport. i was staying in a guest house about a mile from the airport. in the morning that i was booked to fly i got a text message saying that my taxi wasnt paid for in advance so that my booking wasnt valid.being a bit perturbed by this i decided to walk to the airport.when just about to leave the guest house (walking on a busy road with no footpath and a big case) i got a phonecall saying that they (ticktaxi) had arranged an other taxi for me which could be paid by card. that was good service as i probably would have missed my flight. no fun sleeping overnight in the airport.the moral of the story is if going to bristol airport make sure you can pay in advance or find a company that accepts cards.

Taxi arrived right on time, plenty of room for the 6 of us going to the airport with all the luggage. Driver was polite and helpful, would definetly use Ticktaxi again

Always slightly nervous to book a taxi for 4am; will they turn up? But our driver was very prompt, very friendly, helped with our luggage and found a quick way into the airport to beat the traffic jams. Will definitely use again.
