The team worked with me on a question…

Changing my previous 5 star to 1 star. They denied my payout and closed my acccounts because I traded more than 10 MICROS even though they allow up to 10 minis on those accounts. I have a huge buffer built up too which is a bummer.

They look for any excuse NOT TO PAY.

They made me beg for the 1 payout I got and then they stopped paying.

Previously...

The team worked with me on a question around trading rules. Which was so great being able to interact with real humans rather than just an automated system. The S2F+ accounts have been great for my trading style. I aim for $500 per day and then stop trading for the day.

I've received a payout in s2f+

I've received a payout in s2f+, and everything seemed to have went pretty smoothly and straight forward. I would suggest in the future that once a payout is requested that the funds get automatically withdrawn and paused instead of the entire account so trading for that same or next day is available to start on the next cycle. I couldn't trade for almost 3 days waiting on this and just watching quality trades get missed. But still think its been a good experience so far.

My experience with Tick Tick Trader was…

My experience with Tick Tick Trader was better than expected. In this industry the intentions of most prop firms are questionable. TTT has proven to have the best intentions for their traders, really wanting us to succeed. Recently I was confused about some of the rules. They could have terminated my account but instead used my mistake as a learning opportunity for me and I received my first payout this month. This is very special for me because this is my first payout EVER with any prop firm! Thank you TTT. I look forward to much success in the future.

A very very solid firm have been trading with them for almost a year and awesome communication have had all my 6 payouts paid in 2-5 days maximum Never even once been dined i say any one trying to get in to prop firms to give Tick Tick there best shot they wont disappoint. i am now waiting to be moved to a live account been a bit more than a 100 days and still waiting. that is the only reason i am giving them 3 star wish it was shorter or a bit more transparent other than that they are the best firm around. if that process gets a bit more smoother there is no reason for them to be the best firm in the industry

Edit: Issue was not resolved and TIck Tick took my accounts away. Avoid these people at all costs.

I previously left a critical review after my five Zenith 250k accounts were suddenly closed following an unannounced change to TickTick’s inactivity policy. I had confirmed before in writing with support that Direct or regular S2F accounts were not subject to this rule, so the closure came as a complete surprise.

I am pleased to update that TickTickTrader reviewed my case and decided to restore my accounts. I appreciate that management ultimately took the time to re-evaluate the situation and make things right. I further appreciate that they confirmed that my previous hiatus from trading and the micro trades allegation would not impact future payouts and performance review for live.

That said, I still believe there is room for improvement in how major rule changes are communicated and how undefined terms like “micro trade” are used. Clearer definitions and proactive communication for all rule changes would go a long way toward preventing misunderstandings like mine. TickTick has acknowledged these suggestions and I genuinely think they will take them under advisement.

For now, I am grateful to have my accounts reinstated and hopeful that the company’s actions going forward continue to reflect the fairness and transparency it promotes on its website. This last interaction with support was very pleasant and is representative of the support that I had previously experienced.

I look forward to updating this review to five stars if/when I successfully complete a payout and can confirm that everything functions smoothly from this point onward.

I got 4 accounts close to payout and…

I got 4 accounts close to payout and they will not accept my kyc I sent all my correct documents but they saying they detect a vpn i used my iphone my Android home internet and cellular data they still saying vpn detection whish is a lie & now they dont want to give me a refund I had no problem depositing 1k but getting it back is very difficult with this company I cant even get access to my account stay away!! They pay some people if they know you got a big name

Update – 11/14/2025:

TickTickTrader told me they would provide an update within 24 hours, but—as expected—no update was given. I followed up again, and once more there has been no response. This continues the same pattern I’ve experienced for over 14 weeks: promises, delays, and no meaningful communication.

I asked for a clear status update and an estimated timeline for my live account activation, but received nothing. The lack of transparency and consistent communication failures raise serious concerns about how TickTickTrader handles customer accounts.

I will continue updating my review until this issue is finally resolved.

Update – 11/12/2025:

Still no update from TickTickTrader. It has now been more than 3 months since I passed my evaluation and requested my live account, yet the issue remains unresolved. I continue to receive the same repetitive “under audit, no timeline” responses with no real progress.

This ongoing silence and lack of accountability are extremely disappointing and raise concerns about TickTickTrader’s reliability and business practices. I will keep sharing updates until the matter is resolved.

TickTickTrader’s claim of a “multi-user violation” is completely false. My wife attempted to purchase her own account, but the system stopped her because I already had an account—she did not proceed. There was no multi-user activity or violation on my part.

I have always maintained high balances and followed all trading rules. Their accusation appears to be a way to justify delays or avoid activating my live account, which is highly suspicious and reflects poor customer service and a lack of transparency.

I request a clear explanation and proof of this supposed violation, along with an exact timeline for resolution. I will continue sharing my experience publicly to warn other traders.

Original Review:

I passed my evaluation and requested my Live account approximately more than 6 weeks ago, but it is still not active. Despite multiple follow-ups, all I receive are the same generic responses like “under audit, no timeline.”

This long delay and lack of transparency are very frustrating and make me question how the process really works. I’m sharing my experience so other traders know what to expect. I will update this review if the issue is ever resolved.

“Unfair policy that discourages traders”

I’m giving 1 star because, even though the support team was polite and responsive, the system itself feels unfair and discouraging for traders.

After my payout, my drawdown was set so close to my balance that it’s practically impossible to trade — even opening a single position can violate the rule because of normal spreads and commissions.

I understand the need for rules, but this setup makes it feel like the payout process is designed to end the account rather than allow traders to continue growing.

I truly believe TickTickTrader should review this policy if they want traders to stay motivated and feel supported after working hard to reach a payout.

After a successful payout on S2F+ accounts, the drawdown is recalculated in one of two ways:
- If the account is still in drawdown, the limit resets to the initial balance plus $100.
- If the account has recovered to at least the initial balance, the drawdown is frozen at that level and then increased by $100 after payout approval.

Our system is designed to provide traders with a small buffer while ensuring consistency across accounts. Additionally, traders can choose to leave a buffer when making withdrawals, offering more flexibility for managing spreads and commissions.

In this case, the maximum allowable amount for withdrawal was requested for the account, which left no buffers.
