Bad behaviour with customers

Another classic example of a company which keeps rejecting people despite the fact was no delays of payments on previous loan... their,, carefully look at your application,, is no longer than few seconds

Extremely Unprofessional Predators

Extremely rude and dishonest company. I set up a direct debit which they failed to collect and then charged me interest on the payments. Customer service then blamed me and was very very rude over email. Absolutely avoid like the plague.

Took a loan out with them

Took a loan out with them, and repeatedly moved the loan payment date back from the original date! They are just ripping venerable people off! Stay away from them!!!!

Disappointed

Disappointed. Had a loan with them, never missed a payment once, always on time. When I applied the second time declined, reason being apparently I can't afford it and they're responsible lenders. I'd like to know how that's possible when a customer has always paid on time and you saw I could indeed afford it. I've even had an increment at work so I'm not sure what affordability guidelines they use. But one thing is for sure, they really don't know customer retention and they definitely don't welcome repeat or existing customers. Very disappointed and find their reasoning unjustified and unfair.

Tick Tock loans run by scammers Savvy

Tick Tock loans run by scammers Savvy

Savvy.co.uk run this company, the CEO enjoys helicopter rides and offers many different financial service products to both people and businesses, exploiting rules & regulations to benefit himself, and I would advise anybody, even if you need money right now, the long term affect will not be worth it. I was absolutely LUCKY to earn extra commission at my job and closed this account, BUT during a period of going from self-employed to employed I had a couple of months of no income, instead of freezing interest, working with me, they added £182 per month to the balance, they will not care if your circumstances change, even if they don't change the repayment is around double what you borrow, don't do it, would not recommend, and make sure we see the downfall of this CEO, stop putting money (also note to myself) in the pockets of elite robbers.

Waste of time and energy

Waste of time and energy. If you get pre approved, you’re going to be declined. I agree with the other customers, they’re defo stealing data or something like the other reviews have said, I should have listened before going through with the pre approval

They are the most time wasting scammers…

They are the most time wasting scammers I have come across, they take all your info and send you codes and verify your credit card, which is a final step of many genuine lenders( not them) then to send you a rejection notification. They want to spread your details like virus to other spammers that's all how they operate.

AVOID LIKE PLAGUE

AVOID LIKE PLAGUE! They approve you, ask for payslips and bank statements and then in seconds - not even having reviewed anything - they just outright decline you. Scammers!

As others have stated

As others have stated . Provisional accepted. Then asked me to give debit card details and then sent to underwriters to then decline . Avoid as seems like others have said collecting your details only.
