Poor experience from start to finish
Poor experience from start to finish. Original blind was measured incorrectly by the company "experts" and hence the final product was not really best suited for the windows we have. Not something you would expect from a tailor made service. The other blind broke after 13 months from installation and we were charged to get it fixed. Overall, would suggest steering away from this service as results are likely to be disappointing.

For your project, Tictac was contracted by your interior design team and followed their written instructions. The blinds were all measured and made to the specifications provided and approved in writing. We understand that it can be frustrating when the final result doesn’t fully align with your vision, but in this case, we completed the work as instructed and to a top standard.
Given all of this, we believe your two-star rating doesn’t reflect the level of service you received. Tictac Interiors completed the project according to specifications and within the agreed time frame and even scheduled a next-working day repair for you to address a separate issue over a year later.
