Poor experience from start to finish
Poor experience from start to finish. Original blind was measured incorrectly by the company "experts" and hence the final product was not really best suited for the windows we have. Not something you would expect from a tailor made service. The other blind broke after 13 months from installation and we were charged to get it fixed. Overall, would suggest steering away from this service as results are likely to be disappointing.
