So in love with my new watch 💕

I had never heard of Tic Watches before and was a bit dubious as I found them via a Google search but I am so glad I took the gamble. I ordered my new G shock Casio GMA S2100 mini at 9:43pm Monday night and it arrived by 3pm on Wednesday. Fabulous service and a brilliant watch at a great price. Thank you 😊

Watch was sold at a competitive price. It was delivered promptly, looks good and is working fine now. Hopefully this will continue, time will tell.

First time ordering with Tic Watches

Decided to but myself a nice new watch with some extra cash I had, after some deliberating i decided to go with Tic Watches for my purchase, and i can say with confidence I'd do business with them again.
I did however have two issues with ordering my watch. First is that the watch I ordered was said to be in stock, but was in fact informed the following day after purchase that the watch was in fact not in stock and that it would take up to 5 business day to receive more stock from the manufacturer, they did offer a full refund but i opted to wait instead.
Second issue is that i requested delivery for Monday or Thursday, which they confirmed they could do through email, and even called me when the watch I ordered was in stock to confirm delivery for the specified dates, and the delivery company they used even said the delivery was for Monday, but for some reason came on Saturday, a day I was out and could not receive packages, luckily my brother was in to receive it in my stead, so all worked out in the end.

Really good company o look forward to my next purchase

Really good company, I got an email saying the watch might be held up for a couple if days but it wasnt and they even sent me a gift just to say thanks for being understanding. This is a company that is setting standards that others should follow. I will now buy from them at any opportunity aa I trust them and like the way they interact with me - quickly and professionally with a touch if kindness. 10 out of 10

Excellent service from start to finish

Excellent service from start to finish. Tried several different websites and TIC was by far the cheapest. Arrived next day delivery, too! Thanks very much. Would definitely recommend and will certainly use again.

Replacement Swatch watch

Having lost my old Swatch watch due to the strap breaking I wanted a replacement and found Tic Watches the cheapest. Easy to order and cheaper than from Swatch direct, delivery was very quick. Happy customer.

I bought the Tissot men's green and silver powermatic Tic Watches last week and the service was great. Eazy to purchase, fast delivery, great communication. I will definitely buy from Tic Watches again. The watch is beautiful just like it was shown on the website.

I found a watch that had sold out from…

I found a watch that had sold out from the original dealer site. I was able to save about 45$, placed my order and had my watch delivered two days ahead of estimated delivery time. Tic watches has earned a loyal customer in me and I look forward to my next chance to shop with them.
