Poole store In falkland Square.

Poole store In falkland Square.. is superb, staff are helpful, answer questions and give honest recommendations regarding juices and mods.. I'm a big drifter juice fan so they mix my drifter shots and juice in store for me which is very much appreciated. Its my go to vape store

Great experience

Swindon store- I visited to get a new vape kit and the man in the shop was so friendly and helpful, he answered all my questions and told me what deals they had. Shop was clean and very tidy. Definitely be returning , thank you guys

Poor one off visit.

Ran out of ejuice so this place was nearest. No custard juice?….strange. Sold me a 100ml shortfill for £16.99!!!! and gave me the wrong nic shots I specifically asked for, which cost extra. Jeeez! Wont be returning. Poor service and expensive.

Brought a vape in Newbury store, packed up after 5 weeks told its not covered on the warranty ?… so what is covered if it stops working?? Not helpful staff just told to keep trying it! Worse customer service ever……

Been a regular over the years, staff are always super friendly and personally kind. Kieran and Megan have been wonderful in the past years for me; but the new staff,
Emily & Gabby have been notably radiant, very sweet and really hard workers! Always giving me good deals and recommendations, helped me pick out a new replacement device when I encountered an issue with my old one. Couldn’t give them enough praise :)

Boscombe store!

Nat is amazing! Defo knows her stuff!
Alice is very knowledgeable as well.
Store is always super busy, n costumers are always leaving happy n satisfied!
Would defo recommend, to new or existing vapers. They have different things as well - all amazing and very well explained!!

Bournemouth site

Nickolai was an amazing help! They gave a friendly and efficient service. Would highly recommend and will be coming back. The shop itself was clean and presentable and the staff are approachable and knowledgeable. They have amazing deals!

Managers treat their staff like…

Managers treat their staff like rubbish. Not allowed to eat or have breaks. I had a seizure in the store and the manager was on the phone to the employees in there saying how inconvenient it was of me. They fire staff for no reason. The store staff in fareham and Portsmouth deserve better employment. Its vile how the management treat their employees.

We received great customer service…



We received great customer service during a visit to the New Milton shop on February 26th. My husband has been a smoker for 50yrs smoking around 12 roll ups per day but the costs had made him consider vaping. Having looked at information on line we were totally confused and felt we needed some guidance. As we were holidaying in the New Milton area we decided to visit Tidal Vape and we were so glad we did. The girl who served us was Emily and she took time to listen to my husband and explained why certain options would not work for him and what products would. At no time did we feel rushed in to a decision or silly for asking questions about how things worked.
We came away from Tidal Vape with everything my husband needed to start him off although he was still not sure how things would go.
One week in and he is down to 3 cigarettes per day and vaping at other times when he would have reached for one!
I know this would not have happened without the advice and guidance from Emily. She made sure he had the correct product, liquid and coils and also showed him how to use them.
Having spoken to others who have changed from smoking to vaping my husbands transition seems to have been smooth and relatively hassle free.
