Claimed to have sent on 17th, chased them and they eventually replied, still claimed it had been sent and sent me a link to the same tracking that showed it had NOT. Finally send on 22nd for real. Not sure what they think they gained by lying about the actual sending date (based on courier info they sent shipment INFO on the 17th but not the actual item until much later)
