I was having issues with a large payment and was worried Tobias reassured me kept me calm and went out of his way to make sure my requests were handled. Even after speaking with him I’m now willing to stay with Tide very professional and gives proper information rather than sending you in circles !

Do not like this one bit, hard to use customer service, they withhold payments so can’t receive them and say it’s because of FSC and checking security etc, takes 3 days for card payments to transfer into the section where I can withdraw the money unless you pay, hard to understand anyone in customer service and if you are not careful you could spend a lot every month for nothing, shutting my account as soon as I’m allowed the payment someone has sent me,

Varun called me to offer me a free 3 months trial of a new smart account which is basically upgrading my free account so I pay no transaction fees and get all the upgraded benefits including a better rate on my savings. I got a free e-sim and a new telephone number to associate with my business which was great all for £12 a month after the trial which i think is a very good deal. He was very informative and friendly. I have chosen to accept the trial and try the features for the next few months to see if it works for me.

CAN'T FIND 0 ⭐️ FOR TIDE BANK.
Very unprofessional and disappointing support. They advertised a package claiming they would register a company through Companies House for £24.99, without clearly explaining the actual Companies House fee.
I signed up based on this offer, but the process took over a week, despite their app stating it would take only 5 minutes. During this time, their communication was poor and unprofessional whenever I tried to get updates.
Overall, this was a frustrating experience. I would not use their services again and would not recommend them to others.

The business is also growing its services to provide some convenience that matter which is not necessarily bank specific. I have an account manager who is available to me should I need nay help and so far I've only asked one qquestion which was quickly resolved. Well done Tide.
