I recommend Tide if you're looking for a bespoke software integration. They've pulled together two for us (Woo Commerce to Unleashed and TikTok to Unleashed) and on both projects were diligent and responsive - even kind when we were slow on the uptake!

Both integrations have been running for almost a year without a hitch and it's encouraged us to take the plunge on making big changes to our tech stack this year as we know we have a reliable partner to handle connectivity.

We have been using Tide to connect Unleashed to our Magento 2 website for about a year now. So far everything is working as expected and the stock sync and order flow is correct. There were a few niggles getting everything set up and performing how we wanted but that was expected and the Tide team has always been helpful in resolving these issues with us. Overall Tide has done exactly what we wanted and I would recommend their software to other eCommerce vendors.

We have been using TIDE to connect our Shopify platform with UNLEASHED. We are very happy with how its working and can highly recommend the team at TIDE.

First, using Tide Connects as a tool for our Woocommerce and Unleashed integration we've managed to free up working hours previously taken for manually entering online orders and their updating. Now all our online orders come through to Unleashed automatically after a 5 minutes after being placed! Backwards, from Unleashed to Woo with updated statuses and shipping labels - equally straightforward.
Second, this integration allowed as to decrease order processing time so now our customers receive their shipments faster then before.
I would strongly recommend Tide Connects to e-commerce business who uses Unleashed and who are searching for the ways to optimising warehouse processes and delivering the better customer experience overall.
