SCAM and THIEVES- ordered shoes from a facebook ad in January 2010 and never got shoes and no response from anyone. Sent a letter to an address that I found online and the letter was returned no one at that address.

I clicked an advert on Facebook and made an order that never arrived. Complained several times and never heard back. Total con.

Absolute scumbags! Ordered on 30th January. Sent emails, no reply. DO NOT USE. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT SEND THE GOODS

I fell for the Facebook ad, spent my Xmas money on jackets cardigans. Didn't received them sent messge through messger nothing. Manged to claim my money back through the bank luckly. AVOID AVOID THEY ARE A SCAM COMAPNY. I left a bad review on there Facebook page and lo behold it got taken down

I really wish I could comment with giving a star!! Total scam!! I'm out $58.00. You would think as much fact checking as they do that FACEBOOK would check out advertising that runs amuck on their App.

Scams. I contacted bank. No money back. I should be more careful

This is a scam, I ordered months ago and never got my sweater nor my refund. The webpage is now "closed ". No one replied to my email. Needless to say I am extremely angry.

I bought 2 items in December 2020 for my best friend £50 and still not arrived. I am absolutely disgusted with them. I am disabled so cannot work and my money is not a lot. I am so upset by this. I have sent about 30 emails. Also sent messages on Facebook. I desperately want my money back can anyone help me. Thank you.

This company is a fraud. I placed an order on Jan 20 2021 . I ordered 1 sweatshirt , they took my 42+ dollars says they'd ship ASAP and it still hasn't been shipped. I'd really like to file a class action lawsuit against TIDEFIX and try to recover all of our lost money plus pain and suffering. The order I placed was a birthday present for my daughter. It didn't come in so I had to go out and spend more money to buy her a sweatshirt because I didn't receive my order. Please anyone who would like to file a class action against this company please get in touch with me. Stealing people's money isn't ok.

Absolute scam- hands down. Do not trust this site. They will steal from you, The adress listed is a spoof- its actually some random jewelery store. Shortly after ordering from this site I received notification that someone tried to use my card without authorization. I do not think this was a coincidence. As someone who uncovers scams as a hobby, i can say that this one was blatant, abominable and a huge, gross facial stab to the ability to trust any advertising populating facebook or other large platforms.

Never arrived.
I ordered a jacket over two months ago. I have tried contacting the company multiple times through facebook and emails but get no reply. Am hoping as I paid via my credit card that I might be able to claim it back. Fingers crossed!!

I bought items totaling over $40 on Jan. 6, 2021. I have tried emailing but there is no contact from them. They just take your money and run.

Ordered a lovely jacket and earrings from this website and still haven’t received anything. Have just realised it’s a SCAM and am so annoyed. My partner paid for these for me as a present so it’s his money that’s gone not mine. So angry right now. The website is called tidefix and the email I got is from a different name karsac and on the bank statement it says foreverstore. So 😡

I ordered two cardigans in January 2021 and to date nothing has arrived . I have emailed several times with no answer . Don’t buy from them I saw their ads on Pinterest and Facebook . Have reported them to the administrators because they should not be allowed to advertise on these forums . Don’t fall for this scam

I tried to buy a late Christmas present for my now Ex partner, I have sent an e-mail asking for an update, no reply.

Disgusting people who think its clever to scam people. Put in an order money taken out but no goods received. I hope these people get the Karma they deserve

I like many others it seems fell for the same scam, cardi bought 14th Dec, confirmation email, then nothing!
This has caused many arguements!
And on top of national lockdown and not seeing my girlfriend since early Nov quite frankly ruined my Christmas.
