I placed an order on 9th December for 3 quilted tote bags, intending to give them as gifts for Christmas but, as Christmas was getting close and still no delivery, I messaged them on their site's contact page to ask if my order had been dispatched. Despite claiming on the website that they reply 24-48 hours, I heard nothing. I then emailed them at the customer service address given on the website. Again, no response! I am getting very embarrassed at having to tell people that their Christmas is still awaiting delivery. Having read the reviews on here, I can see why I'm having no response! They claim to be in Vancouver, but they are not! They are based in Hong Kong. I'm so disappointed with this company. Why do they lie about where they are located?

Ordered a bag as a Christmas gift on 2 December. Postage 3-5 days. Ask where is it?
Reply: it takes 7 days to make and then it needs checking before being sent!
I then realise it's not a UK company.
I contact again. I was told they have money issues and offered 15% refund. I accepted as long as they included free p&p. I then sent further email immediately and asked to cancel order.
I don't expect ever to see the product or my money let alone before 25 December!
At this stage I'm just pleased I bought with a credit card!

Ordered a Christmas cat ornament. It arrived but all I can say is it’s rubbish! It should have been 3D it was a poor photo of the ornament stuck between a piece of plastic! This company is a scam! BEWARE!

Product not as advertised.

Was deceptively protrayed as 3D handcrafted ornament. I received a photo glued to glass.

Don’t buy from them. Goods not as described and refund policy and money back guarantee not forthcoming. Don’t waste your money.

Don't touch this company with a bargepole!! I ordered something, and when it arrived it was trash. I asked for a refund, and was refused - they offered 15%, which was unacceptable. Now they are not replying to my email. This has completely put me off ordering anything online.

ordered 5 sweaters for my wife they all come in tooooo small. Tried to return and order larger ones but they they will not respond to the the emails I have sent over the past 2 weeks., lsddt eeek they computer replied that it had received my email. still nother.

This website is a SCAM.

Over a week and no shipping of product. Customer Service responds with BS about wanting to test the product before shipping.

Ask to cancel order - No response.

tidenox.com is a Scam website,,,, DO NOT ORDER 250th ANNIVERSARY military hats. The Inferior quality is different than the photo on the advertisement!!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM. All of the instagram ads are for the same type of website. Website is not accurate. I ordered an extra large and when it finally came it fit like a medium. The material was shit. looks like it cost 10 bucks to make and it costed 65. When i went to return they told me it would be a lengthy process and cost about 30 bucks to ship back that I would have to pay for.

One of them has a whole iron patch and the other one is ok but looks faded and little distorted, wasn’t impressed for the price

The people that made reviews weren’t lying. Got my shirt a few days ago and it looks like complete garbage. The names on the back look as if they were melting can’t even tell who it is. 0/10 never shopping from here again. You’re gonna be spending 30 sum dollars on a shirt that doesn’t even look right

Scammers. Queried where my confirmation email was and they pretended to help for a day then they blocked me on all social media.

Colour and design is all wrong - nothing like on the website. On website they had a beautiful light pink colour on a shirt - in real life the colour was a hideous granny dark pink. They keep offering a 20% discount for next purchase- what a joke! No reimbursement, and of course not the real product that I wanted (since it doesn’t exist - welcome to the world of false advertisement). I will never order anything from here again - I also have myself to blame. Never order from china. It’s crap. They don’t give a damn. You will never see the right product or your money again.

Website was bright, colourful and easy to navigate.

I love my Slipknot t shirt. The material is perfect and feels like quality. I’ve already had lots of compliments.

I would thoroughly recommend this site and its products.

Very poor quality product. Photos on their website didn’t show the real color of the shirt and the color description wasn’t right.
When I asked for refund because product was not as described, they offred me discount on next order. After insisting, they offered just 20% refund.
Bad client management!
I will not buy anything else from this company.

These shirts are amazing! They are made out of thick soft cotton and the pictures are so fun and whimsical! I got the frog grim reaper shirt and its my absolute favorite shirt.
