Excellent design, even better service
I really like the design of their bibs and tray kit, as we have a dog and this really helps keep mealtimes peaceful! I've ordered about 8-10 bibs from them in total, but unfortunately 5 of them have started to fall apart (the lining and the fabric coming apart) after around 4 months of use, despite following care instructions.
I was prepared to replace them myself, but upon contacting customer service, was pleasantly surprised by the after sales care. Claudia thanked me for my feedback, and asked me to take photos of the faulty products and their batch number so that she could get in touch with the manufacturers. She offered to replace the products for me. This high level of customer service really shows the pride they have in their products as well as the care they have for customer satisfaction.
I'm extremely impressed with not just the product, but with the company in general. I hope they go from strength to strength.
