Fantastic EU coverage with the new 130GB (EU)/400GB (Spain plan), with esim and sim possibility. Have not seen a better affordable data telekom provider. And even better, the support of Tiekom is outstanding. Fast response via email, simple. Even in weekends and non office hours. Technical support, advice you name it. Tiekom does everything to make their product work for the customer. I purchased a mobile router (Acer Connect M6E), and with the esim from Tiekom, I am able to work everywhere in the EU with their data plan.

Always good connections. Always a quick answer when you ask a question via email.

The signal is excellent, especially in France, and the service is cheaper than what others offer. It doesn't drain my phone's battery like other eSIMs do—probably because the connection is so good. I really like it.

The communication with this company from order to problem solving was second to none, and the performance of the orange network worked well in both Spain and France. Would use again if travelling in Europe

I’m currently unable to walk due to an injury. Their service was suspended even though my invoices were all paid, which left me unable to order an Uber and get home from the hospital. This situation is unacceptable. They have still not restored my service or ensured this does not happen again. Will change to another provider from January.

I've had a Tiekom eSIM for two months and am very satisfied with it. I had one 200GB eSIM for Europe and one 400GB for Spain.

Great service. If I had a question, I received an immediate response by email.

We received the pre ordered SIM card (two Pieces ) in time and after installing it in our MiFI router it works perfect during our trip in France Spain and Portugal
Just a tip ; If you use a MiFI router in your camper . Before you mount it in you router be sure that you delete the standard code 0000.

Had an initial issue getting the SIM to work in my Campervan Router. Once registering the SIM in my phone it then worked fine in the router. The Tiekom SIM has been fantastic as we have used it extensively for nearly a month. Great value for money and staff on hand to sort any issues. Will definitely use when travelling outside the UK.

Touring in our campervan through France, Spain and Portugal and always had a decent signal.

I had one small issue with my mifi - which was really quickly resolved. Posted the error about 1am (2am in Spain) on their website and when I woke up at 9am, the problem was fixed - and it turned out, it was the mifi fault after all. First class Customer Service
As for price - they were the only Company that gave fully untethered data sharing for four hungry data users, for such a low price - Excellent value for money

I’m from the UK but travel frequently to Spain and France. I decided to try Tiekom for my ‘abroad’ phone and I am very impressed! Everything works fine and just as explained, but the really outstanding thing is the excellent customer service / support that I have received. I get prompt and helpful answers to every question, I don’t have to use a (usually useless) bot and Camino even replies in English. I am very happy with the service and would recommend to any other UK travellers - or anyone at all!

As a camper traveller I visit different countries in Europe. It was always a struggle to get in each country a proper proposal (affordable) for a Data SIM in my MIFI.
I heard of TIEKOM in one of the camper parkings. We bought the SIM card. For around 40 Euro we have 200GB in Europe and 400GB in Spain!
The speed is great. Never had a "lost connection" isssue. The support is also great. After a "sleep" mode of several months, it was unclear how te start up again. Send a mail and within a couple of hours the instruction how to restart was received.
I'm a very happy customer.

We needed a SIM for our motorhome router, for travelling in the EU. Almost all the UK providers seem to have a bogus "fair use" policy that limits data in the EU to 25GB, regardless of your UK data plan (another Brexit benefit, LOL). We travel with our son, who is a very heavy user of data, and 25GB wouldn't last him two days.

After some research, we went with Tiekom, a Spanish provider. I guess they are targeting expatriates living in Spain, as the plan is structured as 400GB a month in Spain, with up to 200GB of that allowance available in the rest of Europe (including the UK).

Their customer service is brilliant. The SIM (plus a spare) arrived by mail from Spain in only six days and the Tiekom admin team have been really helpful, responding to emails in a day with personalised answers to queries. It is such a refreshing change from dealing with AI bots with UK providers.

The 5G SIM and router work brilliantly and we could watch movies, etc on our laptops and iPads. I am slightly unclear when the data refreshes. When I asked the Tiekom team, they said it renewed on the 18th of each month, but there is a counter on our router that shows cumulative usage and it reset to zero on 1 April.

As it was, we used 257GB in France and Spain in March and another 38GB on the way home in April. I am very impressed. The only thing I wish they offered was either an unlimited data account, or the chance to buy more data fi you run out.

I used a 400gb europe data only esim with 400gb for 30 days in spain and max 200 gb roaming in most eu countries.
I had the esim loaded on a 5ber esim card. Sim loaded on my android phone and after loading inserted in my huawei B818-263 mifi router for use in my camper.
Initially during ordering i acidentaly ordered 2 off esims. After a email Tiecom only activated one of the esims. The esim payment from my credit card was done a few days after a working esim.
Comunication with Tiecom was verry easy and cancelation of 2nd esim was no problem. I was very please with my first experience with an esim from Tiekom. The esim worked for the full mount of data on high speed. The speed is high and suitable for iptv in our Camper.

Started with Tiekom last year as the travel sim in my Motorhome Router wifi. It worked well, so I kept the card suspended over the winter and have started again this month.
Had a problem trying to engage any internet in France and sent a request for support. Response in 1 hour was excellent, and problem solved.

Couldn’t recommend these guys more. Received SIM card in the post, along with a backup Sim in case of any issues. Camino in the customer services team was great and helped me set up on my phone and again responded quickly with assistance when I had an issue with the network provider in France. Data coverage was great and 100% worth the money, the fact that you can easily stop and start your subscription is a fab feature and these will be my go-to supplier from now on. Try them, you won’t be disappointed.
