La empresa te dice que recibirás tu paquete de 10-20 días( 15-50 LATAM) y nunca recibes el paquete. No contestan a ningún email ni te mandan email de seguimiento del paquete ni nada. Los clientes estamos perdidos y sin ningún tipo de protección. Les escribes emails y no contestan a nada. Les habré mandado 100. Llevo esperando un paquete desde mayo. Ponen todo muy bonito en la web pero, no hay satisfacción para el cliente y con posibilidades de perder tu dinero.
