Order 195079
Ordered a washing machine on 8th April online, it was in stock(or so it said) After waiting a month I contacted them to find out when delivery would be to be told it was not available. They said they would get back to me but never did!!! I had to keep contacting them to chase the order. At the end of May I decided to cancel as could not wait any longer. Then the long wait for my money back started. Like many other people who have written a review on here I had to keep chasing for a refund. They kept telling me they had an Internal Incident which they are trying to resolve and my refund remained pending.
Luckily I paid by Visa and my Bank got my money back for me. I placed the order in April and got my money back in August.....Terrible Terrible Company. Excuses Excuses..... Stay Clear Of This Company.

DONT USE THIS COMPANY ITS A SCAM!!!!
Basically they took my money in April 2024 for goods that I never received.
I started trying to get my money back in May 2024. Luckily my Bank uses Mastercard so we took it through them.
Also luckily I’m a stickler for keeping emails Whattsapp messages etc.
I literally got paid out the other day.
They were real helpful when the goods didn’t arrive. Usual thing we’ll pass it to this and get so and so to call you back.
The Whattsapp were always saying they were looking into it. Then there was a problem with the refund a computer problem. THEY ARE A COMPLETE JOKE AND GOOGLE SHOULD TAKE THEM DOWN.
USE THHEM AT YOUR PERIL.

I ordered some kitchen appliances and they were not delivered as scheduled. Then I asked several times when the delivery would arrive and all I got was more excuses and lies. So I canceled my order, and now it’s been six weeks and they are still stalling about sending a refund. Horrible company.

FRAUD!!!!

So bad I didnt read the reviews before buying in this company. The WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! I ordered a stove that supposed to arrive in 3 to 5 days, I called the company 4?times and they never gave me any response, every time I called the communication is bad, very noisy and when they supposed to tell you what is going on the phone call drops. After 17 days waiting and having all the team ready for installing my kitchen cabinets and marble, I had to cancelled the order and try to find a solution buying any other stove. For my surprise Tienda Azul already charge the first payment, before receiving any product. Then, 2 days after cancelling the order I receive a mail saying the product has been shipped so I have to pay the return costs for something I have never received!!! This is a joke!!!! How is possible I never had a response related to my shipment, after putting a complain for 4 times and suddenly the product is shipped when I don’t need it anymore…. PLEASE MAKE A FAVOR TO YOURSELF AND DONT BUY IN TIENDA AZUL, YOU WONT GET MORE THAN TROUBLES AND THE WORST CLIENT SERVICE. UNBELIEVABLE THE POST VENTA DEPARTMENT DONT EVEN APOLOGIZE!!!!

We bought 90cm oven from here because…

We bought 90cm oven from here because of the price and it was in stock.
Not in stock and now 4 weeks later still not here. The company that deliver do not answer the phone. Soon xmas and difficult to make dinner without oven.
I even went back to the homepage to look at the same oven to see if it still was "in stock". I did receive an email that just a few back so hurry to order.
The tienda azul cheats and do not have everything in stock

Do not buy from this company!!!

Do not buy from this company!!!! We purchased a dishwasher and paid €35 extra to get it installed and get the old one removed. When it was delivered, the delivery guys told us someone else would come and install it. After several days with the big box in the kitchen and several attempts to get help, we were told they would not install it as our old one was not “prepared”!!! So we had to pay for our own installation. They refuse to give us a refund of our €35.

Very bad service, make sure you avoid this company!!!!!!

I will NEVER buy again at TiendaAzul

I will NEVER buy again at tiendaazul.com. I purchased a combi freezer and fridge and a washer machine. They took more than a week to confirm a delivery date and then they failed to deliver. The two items were sent with two different shipping services (one external, one of tiendaazul.com). Both failed!!! The external one could not be contacted directly because tiendaazul did not provide the details. It took at least 5 days of chasing and countless calls to then have new appointments for delivery (separate ones). The external company delivered. TiendaAzul failed again, and they were delivering the washer machine. "Customer service" was absolutely dismissive and took no responsibility of the problem they were creating. And, finally, when the delivery service of TiendaAzul finally delivered after 3 more days and more calls, the men that showed up were rude to the point of threatening to take the machine with them. The last drop on the full bucket was the slight damages that the washer machine had on the paint of the front of the washer machine (I have pictures). But rest assured the last thing I was going to do is try to get a replacement from this worst online store ever. Speaking with their "customer service" is an act only for those enjoying that painful side of BDSM.
The purchase was done in June 2021 and I had not yet written the review. Take the fact that I writing this review now in end-September 2021 as a sign how negative this whole experience was. And now, I will translate it into Spanish and German so everybody can read it, even if they do not speak English.

No volveré a comprar en tiendaazul.com. Compré un congelador y un frigorífico combi y una lavadora. Tardaron más de una semana en confirmar la fecha de entrega y luego no la entregaron. Los dos artículos fueron enviados con dos servicios de envío diferentes (uno externo y otro de tiendaazul.com). ¡¡¡Ambos fallaron!!! Con el externo no se pudo contactar directamente porque tiendaazul no facilitó los datos. Se necesitaron al menos 5 días de persecución e innumerables llamadas para luego tener nuevas citas para la entrega (por separado). La empresa externa entregó. TiendaAzul volvió a fallar y entregaban la lavadora. El "servicio de atención al cliente" fue absolutamente displicente y no se responsabilizó del problema que estaban creando. Y, finalmente, cuando el servicio de entrega de TiendaAzul finalmente entregó después de 3 días más y más llamadas, los hombres que se presentaron fueron groseros hasta el punto de amenazar con llevarse la máquina. La última gota en el vaso lleno fueron los ligeros daños que tenía la lavadora en la pintura del frontal de la misma (tengo fotos). Pero tened por seguro que lo último que iba a hacer es intentar conseguir un reemplazo de esta peor tienda online. Hablar con su "servicio de atención al cliente" es un acto sólo para los que disfrutan de ese lado doloroso del BDSM.
La compra se hizo en junio de 2021 y aún no había escrito la reseña. Tomad el hecho de que escriba esta reseña ahora, a finales de septiembre de 2021, como una señal de lo negativa que fue toda esta experiencia. Y ahora, la traduciré al español para que todos puedan leerla, aunque no hablen inglés.

This company is terrible

This company is terrible! We brought a fridge that arrived damaged. Instead of returning it or sending a new one they told us we had to wait for an engineer to look at it. We waited for over a week for them not to fix it. Then another week for the second visit it is still not fixed and we have now passed the time to return it. They are completely unhelpful and the customer service is appalling! Do not buy from them!

Esta empresa es terrible, compramos una nevera que llegó dañada. En lugar de devolverla o cambiarla nos dijeron que teníamos que esperar un técnico. Esperamos más que una semana por la primera visita del técnico y otra semana por la segunda visita. Todavía no está arreglada y ahora hemos pasado la fecha de devolverla. No te ayudan con nada y el servicio del cliente es una broma! No les compres nada!

Exellent service, products and prices!

My husband reforms properties for different clients. Often the client will want everything done. I order all the white goods, ovens, refrigeraters, extractors, washers, dryers etc.from TIENDA AZUL. Excellent prices for good quality A++ or A+++ products. The enviroment is extremley important for us so we only choose products that are energy efficient and I am pleased to say TIENDA AZUL has a fantastic selection. Delivery functions perfectly and when I made a mistake they graciously took back my order although the return date had expired, my new order arrived rapidly and my money was back on my account immediatly. I spoke with a very attentive, helpful and friendly man "Iñaki". I have 5 more kitchens to order in the next couple of weeks and am looking forward to working with them again!

This is a very bad fraudulent company

Esta es una empresa fraudulenta muy mala. NO COMPREN con esta gente. Compramos una lavadora que nos entregaron rota y lo denunciamos a la empresa a la hora de la entrega. Nos siguieron dando la lata y pidiéndonos que esperáramos hasta que lo comprobaran con la empresa de reparto y luego con el fabricante durante semanas y semanas. Les pedí que vinieran a recogerlo y nos devolvieran el dinero y ahora dicen que se ha pasado el plazo de devolución, lo cual fue culpa suya. Son unos completos mentirosos y se quedan con tu dinero. ¡¡¡NO COMPREN A ESTA EMPRESA NUNCA!!!

This is a very bad fraudulent company. DO NOT BUY from these people. We purchased a washing machine which was delivered broken and we reported it to the company within an hour of delivery. They kept messing us about and asking us to wait until they checked with the delivery company and then with the manufacturer for weeks and weeks. I kept asking for them to come and take it back and give us a refund and now they are saying it has gone past the return time which was THEIR fault! They are complete liars and will take your money. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY EVER!!!

The Worst Company Ever

Ordered items that were promised on certain days but kept waiting and waiting. Spent more than €1500 with this lot. I specifically asked that no deliveries to my house on 3 consecutive days as I was away. The fridge arrived, I wasn't there and it was taken away. I paid €78 for it to be delivered and taken up to my apartment and plumbed in, it never happened. They asked me for a further €22 to removed fridge doors in order to get it upstairs, never happened. I paid an extra €100 for a fridge to be delivered and plumbed in and it never happened. The fridge did eventually arrive some 1 month after the payment and I got it upstairs with some help without removing doors and i paid for it to be plumbed in. Try to call or email these cowboys, you can forget it. A tatty little shipping company that think they are nameless, trust me, give these guys a wide berth.

Terrible service, communication, delivery

Days After paying for two items and installation I receive a message that installation was not posible. The available and ON STOCK items became unavailable, they deliver one item without previous advice, the second one was delayed for two months and the send to a different location due typo on zip code, but without crops check of city. After four emails, on the last one were looking for a solution, the absolute loss of track from TIENDAAZUL I receive an email advising a future solution, the “funny” thing Is that that same afternoon I receive the missing merchandise.

False advertising and bad service

I recently bought and paid for an item. They said it would be in stock soon but turned out the item was not as advertised (wrong price) so they said i could not have it. They sent me another item that i did not want and then kept my money until it was returned. This was over week ago and still no refund. They have had my money now for 2 months!
The item I initially wanted keeps being posted on their website at the incorrect price despite me telling them.
Incompetent to say the least - do not buy anything from these guys - they will fail to deliver, keep your money and tell you it was your fault!
Very happy for the MD to contact me for discussion.
