Tuve una experiencia bastante negativa…

Tuve una experiencia bastante negativa al realizar una compra, ya que el pedido no llegó completo; el cinchuelo jamás fue entregado. Pedido 128067. A pesar de enviar varios correos y completar el formulario de atención al cliente en repetidas ocasiones, no he recibido ninguna respuesta. Además, es frustrante que no haya un número de teléfono para presentar reclamaciones. No aconsejo comprar en este sitio, ya que es engañoso y su servicio al cliente deja mucho que desear.

Tiendadecaballos. com Es una Estafa.

Es una estafa, hice un pedido el cual llegó parcialmente; ya que el cinchuelo nunca llegó. Pedido 128067. Les he escrito varios correos y he rellenado el formulario de atención al cliente varias veces y no hay respuesta alguna. Lo peor es que no hay teléfono que llamar para hacer ninguna reclamación. No recomiendo para nada que compréis en esta página Es engañosa y con servicio al cliente nefasto.
