Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Arrogant attitude when trying to be helpful, offering a means of communication in Spanish. Took money for an order in February, an item that they did not have in stock. Refused to send a copy of the refund, which has taken nearly a month to resolve and finally be credited (June 15th)
Literally, for the sake of 30 seconds (copy, paste, send) they have shown their total lack of respect towards clients.
