Shipment held by Customs due to missing values on invoice
Tiendamia envió mi compra con invoice sin valor declarado. Como consecuencia, Aduana retuvo el envío. Al reclamar, indicaron que los valores figuran solo en un email, lo cual no es un comprobante válido. Situación en trámite ante Defensa del Consumidor.
Tiendamia shipped my purchase with an invoice that does not declare the product or shipping value. As a result, Customs retained the shipment. When I contacted them, they stated that the amounts appear only in a confirmation email, which is not a valid commercial document. The matter is currently under review by Consumer Protection authorities.
