Tiendamia envió mi compra con invoice sin valor declarado. Como consecuencia, Aduana retuvo el envío. Al reclamar, indicaron que los valores figuran solo en un email, lo cual no es un comprobante válido. Situación en trámite ante Defensa del Consumidor.

Tiendamia shipped my purchase with an invoice that does not declare the product or shipping value. As a result, Customs retained the shipment. When I contacted them, they stated that the amounts appear only in a confirmation email, which is not a valid commercial document. The matter is currently under review by Consumer Protection authorities.

I placed an order through this site, only to be informed later that it was canceled due to high demand—something that should have been controlled or at least indicated as a risk at the time of purchase.

To make matters worse, I was told that the refund would take up to 57 working days. That’s almost three months just to get my money back for an order they canceled. Completely unreasonable.

This experience shows a lack of responsibility and planning on their part. As a customer, I expected transparency, prompt resolution, and a fair refund timeline—not to have my funds held for an excessive period due to internal issues.

I won’t be ordering again, and I’d caution others to think twice before making a purchase.
