Buying Experience: Abysmal
Purchased an Axis Slim - buying experience: abysmal.
For a $150 small plastic product, 15-20 "Business Day" lead time is pretty horrendous, especially for a product that is so important to the individual. What am I expected to do for the over 1 month wait time? Buy another holster? lmao.
Haven't received my holster yet, so if it's mind-blowingly good maybe ill come back and edit the review but waiting this long for that much money to get a product that is needed.... is silly, not to mention that you cannot cancel your order 24 hours past ordering it, so even though the company has likely not begun to make your product yet you can't change your mind. I'd understand if it was in stock, ready to go, OR if they already have started making it. But my holster likely isn't even a physical object yet and I can't cancel my order.
Lastly, for my firearms enthusiasts out there - as a bit of context, I live in commiefornia, and everyone is familiar with the laws here - I was able to order a custom build AR the day after I ordered my holster, have it made, shipped and wait the 10 days to pick it up faster than I've been able to get this holster.
I Will edit if my opinion changes whether is the quality of the product that does it, fitment, etc but at this point, it's nothing but regret buying from this company.
