My vest and ties for my wedding came out perfect, love these people

I give this bunch of liars and thieves, just 1 star, because I can't go lower. This is a SCAM, A MAFFIA STEALING FROM ME AND EVERYONE.
You read some " positive" reviews here? They are part of the Scam, only the NEGATIVE reviews are the true reviews. The tie that I ordered was supposed to be on the last week of June / 24. I contacted them on the first week of July, they send me a text saying that my address " was incomplete". From there I knew that they are liars and thieves. I went 2 times to the postal office, they never received anything from this MAFFIA. Later they sent me a fake " tracking" # AM 978 389 509 CN, don't exist in the system. I had lost over $ 30, but I know they will lose thousands or more. I will report them to the proper authorities, this has to stop.

I don't doubt the people who are writing bad reviews experienced what they did -- the company does have kind of a sketchy vibe. But I have to say that I didn't personally have any problems with them. They shipped exactly what I ordered (it took about a week to deliver, which is considered slow in the Amazon Age, but they didn't promise faster), notified me every step of the way from order confirmation to shipment to delivery, and the products are actually pretty nice. The tie material is quite a bit thicker than what I'm used to in a tie, but that doesn't make it a bad tie, and the matching cufflinks (which I didn't even notice I had purchased as part of the deal) are kinda cool.

Red flags from the beginning: 1) I got no order confirmation email. 2) I got no Order Number. 3) When they charged me, there was still no Order #, just a supposed "Invoice #". 4) The phone number that showed up on my bank statement for them does not work. 5) I used the contact us feature on their website and never heard back. 6) Never got a ship confirmation or any tracking number. Don't throw your money away!

My order was NEVER RECEIVED even after contacting ties2you twice.

This site is a scam. They told me that my merch had arrive on May 14th but it did not. I needed a tie for prom but never received it even though I have already paid for it. I ended up going to a store and had to buy a tie. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this site to anyone.

I just received my 2 Bow ties They are Absolutely Fabulous and I can't wait to wear them to Miss Kansas Competition in early June.... I will be definitely ordering more from you.... and the service was right on time...

Shirt was bad quality, I tried to return and never received a return label.

I'm very happy with the material the suit jacket we ordered was made out of! Very prompt response via email. Will definitely be using them again in the near future!

Placed an order for a tie and paid the extra fee to have it delivered by the date of the formal event I was needing it for. Not only did the tie not arrive on time, the tracking info showed that it hadn’t even left its original location until the day it was scheduled to be delivered to me in Florida. Now they refuse to give me a full refund for the tie and the extra shipping I paid. The return policy as stated on their site is a total scam. Luckily I paid with my AMEX and will receive a full refund. BUYER BEWARE!!!

They will not refund your items. They will continue to send you emails without refund label like their website indicates. Do not buy if you are not sure you’ll keep the item. They will give you the run around via email. Foreign company and no real customer service

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY USING MENS WAREHOUSE NAME! Ordered and was told they no longer had it in stock after contacting them 3 weeks from expected delivery date. It’s 04.23.24 and STILL NO REFUND!!! Ordered the same thing on Amazon and got it for almost 1/2 the price and got it in 3 days!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Buyer beware. Seller is doing business under Men's Warehouse in Colorado. Claims unique items but they simply full fill them from Amazon.com. Same product but 50% less. Absolute scam. Avoid at all costs.

By far the worse customer service if you can even call it customer service. I ordered a vest and 2 ties to compare to a bridesmaid dresses, they were the wrong color. 7 emails back and forth every night because they don't have a phone number of them trying to get me to exchange for another item that won't match the color of the dress. I just contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge because dealing with them no way are you going to get your money back.

I ordered 10 bow ties for my sons wedding they sent me an email saying they can’t provide them and can I choose something else! They did not have anything else that I liked so I asked for my refund and I never received it $195. They offered to give me 30% of the refund back . I said no I paid you for a product you can’t provide so I want all my money back. This company is horrible. Never buy from them. If I could give less than a 1 star I would have.

Absolute rubbish. They force you to accept an unwanted “free gift” rather than the advertised 30% off coupon.

These are great neckties and way better than store bought! I'm not a reviews type of person but I like these.

I was skeptical due to several bad reviews but thought I would give it a try for my son’s upcoming prom. I ordered it on January 8 and received on January 18. I got the whole packet and it looks like everything is intact and everything that I ordered is there. the only weird thing is that the label was cut off? The set is as stunning as the pictures. Anyway, 5 stars for a great product and efficient shipping/receiving.
