I have 20 years experience in private households ' I'm registered with most of the household agencies in London but I dont even remember how many times I applied for the jobs through this agency I never get response. Where is the point of registration ' going through check up ' all the hassle for completely nothing. Very disappointed with this agency

Tiger is a company whose ethos clearly supports bullying, harassment and candidate humiliation. Having experienced all of the above in an what turned out to be a very brief private chef role in Portugal, Tiger sided with the money and offered zero support and zero acknowledgement of the impact the experience had on my mental and emotional health. They undermined me throughout, were patronising and rude. I've attempted to write a formal complaint about their MD but they have all closed ranks and ignored me.
They are happy for candidates to enter into volatile situations and offer no support whatsoever. In an age where men's mental health has never been so vulnerable and so important, it's shocking that from top to bottom Tiger simply follows the money.

Be Cautious - This Company May Be a Scam

This company operates through WhatsApp, likely due to its encryption, making it difficult to trace and complicating any police investigations. They initially reached out to me via LinkedIn, using the profile of a woman based in Southeast Asia. I proceeded with a phone interview supposedly for LG, but after reviewing the email and conducting some due diligence, the company seemed highly suspicious. I also checked Companies House and found that this company has been dissolved multiple times.

Never apply via recruitment companies - always do directly

I ended the call after two minutes. Rude, unprofessional and simply had no clue. This was also after she scheduled a call and cancelled without an explanation or apology.

Does this company ever respond to applicants?
I have applied to multiple jobs via Tiger (all that fit my skill set / experience) and I have never had a reply from them on any application.
I have tried to follow up multiple times, but with no luck.
I would avoid this company as they seem to be wasting everyone's time. So sad to see that they think they can act like this in the current job climate.

I applied for a job with this agency, the next day James messaged me asking if we could arrange a call regarding my application.
I responded with times which would be suitable and never heard back from him again.
I sent another message to him which he ignored and phoned the agency asking if he could phone me, which he did not.
This is NOT a professional way to treat applicants for your jobs and by far the worst agency I’ve dealt with.

My experience with Tiger Recruitment was extremely positive. Every staff member I spoke to was kind, patient and insightful. Katie Hawksley-Blackburn was my main consultant and she was very communicative and generally lovely to talk to. I would highly recommend this agency to anyone.

Just phoned and spoke to them to chase up on some job applications I’ve made, only to be told that they can email the consultant, but no one would be willing to take my call to talk through my cv, and that she ‘might’ be able to get some feedback. I explained I am a senior Facilities/Operations Manager/Office Manager and was told to register and don’t call, they will contact me if they’re interested. This is by far the worst consultancy I have ever had the misfortune to deal with!

My placement would have earned your company £25000 +, but you can’t even be bothered to pick up the phone.

I am not surprised at all these reviews.

Recruiter reached out to me after I posted CV on SecsintheCity and then completely ghosted. No integrity. Give this agency a hard pass.

Complete waste of your time registering with them and sending over right to work etc. Apply to multiple jobs and send various emails to receive no response other than an automated reply. Do not follow up to phone calls either. Very poor experience.

A scam that messaged me on Whatsapp for a remote work. They didn't give any details but smart enough not to fall such stupidity, I looked up the name of the website of the job. It's a hotel booking website and apparently they want you to give fake reviews in exchange of money.
All the reviews of that website "momondo" is of ppl getting scammed for money. Be aware.
