Honestly normally a pretty decent…

Honestly normally a pretty decent broker, but my experience on the 31st of March was anything but their usual standard; their platform was inaccessible for most of the session; and funds I deposited during this time are seemingly lost despite my bank confirming they have received it.

Outstanding Customer Support

Tiger enables me to trade a wide range of financial products in international markets and at very reasonable costs. I love being able to buy and sell shares pre- and post-market and find their desktop app very comprehensive and user-friendly. I also like that I can get written statements of my ASX holdings. Most of all, though, I love their politeness, professionalism and thoroughness with any query I may have; they are intelligent people who genuinely seem to want to make my experience problem-free and seem interested in doing their job well and seeing every query through to full resolution. I would happily recommend them to others. Chao Zhang did a great job with my recent query - thank you, Chao.

Great to deal with and easy to use

I have found dealing with this company a pleasure. Everything done quickly and never had any issues. This year need to lodge tax form so will see how that works out snd if compares to Commsec. I am certain will be better

Tiger Brokers are hopeless

Avoid these people Their onboarding process is hopeless They won’t accept a valid Canadian passport and Queensland drivers license as identification and keep asking me for another passport and drivers license Who has two valid passports and it’s illegal to have more than one drivers license There are plenty of online brokers out there with more credibility than these Muppets I’d be very Leary of depositing funds with them
