I am still actively gathering evidence from tutors, staff, and parents, and the number of people coming forward continues to grow. What started as a few payment complaints has developed into a large collection of reports involving unpaid tutor fees, outstanding refunds, delayed payments, and repeated promises that were never fulfilled.

The amounts involved range from hundreds to thousands of dollars, with some individuals claiming they have been waiting many months to receive money owed to them. As more people come forward, the pattern appears larger than I initially realised.

According to the founder's public LinkedIn profile, the same founder is also associated with Genspace AI. I encourage anyone considering engaging with any business to conduct their own due diligence and research before making financial commitments.

I would strongly encourage any parent considering this service or any tutor considering working with this company to exercise caution. Based on the evidence and testimonies I have collected so far, I would not personally recommend becoming involved until all outstanding payment and refund issues have been properly resolved.

My purpose in writing this review is to share my experience and the concerns raised by many others who have contacted me regarding outstanding payments and refunds.

TigerCampus owes me 5470 SGD for the classes I've taught. It's practically a scam.

They take money from parents but don't pay their tutors. All tutors eventually leave and the parents and students suffer because the classes they paid for get cancelled. TigerCampus offers no replacements or refunds so a lot of parents are owed a lot of money. The cycle continues because they hire new tutors who are unaware that they won't be paid, only for them to leave as well.

I personally have been chasing Josh for the 5470 SGD he owes me. It's been horrible messaging him every week for the past eight months. He has made every single excuse to get out of paying. How this happens when parents pay before the classes is beyond me. Extremely unscrupulous and shameless behaviour.

They've stolen thousands of dollars from parents and tutors. It's a terrible platform that exploits tutors and steals from parents. The risk of paying for classes and your tutor leaving is too high. Use other platforms.

Dont use this company, he chased me to make the payment and teacher didnt show up. Eventually this company disappeared. Very dangerous.

I am referring this complaint to Chatharine Heni. They gotten a retainer fees for March 2026 for a replacement of a Biology Tutor to teach form six, no replacement was found, hence a refund was requested. To date, a refund has not been made (4 June 2026). Several follow-ups were made. On 15 May, I wrote to the finance team, but there has been no response as well. (Invoice Ref: RET-08695)

Horrible horrible horrible thieves!

They took our money, more than 1000+RM, telling us they will provide Math and Physics tuition. The teachers they provided were HORRIBLE and couldn't speak English so I requested a refund. It has been more than 3 months and they still haven't returned the money, instead this "Karlene" lady keeps sending emails requesting MORE money than they already stole. She then responded and said "the owner Joshua" was working on it. And yet my money is still with them. In addition my elder sister also paid for one more additional class than she was given. I recommend you fail your class than going here and getting stolen. USELESS thieves and scammers!!! I hope they go out of business soon!

I had a tutor here for Toefl ibt. Before this my score was very low, which was much away from my desired result.The tutor helped me especially in writing and speaking. And the strategy and skill my tutor thought me was definitely effective. Once again great tutor for making me get desired score.

I am a tutor working for Tiger Campus, but this agency always delay my tuition fees for months. Have been owing me 4 months tuition fees. Texted management and the person in charge Mr. Josh but always not replying my message and promised to pay on a certain date but didn't make it. They always collect one month advanced tuition fees from the parents and students but got no money to pay the tutors. And there are also many tutors out there experienced the same issue. Worst agency ever!

Please avoid, they will never pay you ever and you have chase them all the time.

The tutor is very kind and he explained the topics clearly. Tiger campus responds very fast

My son has tuition for his Global politics IB under Craig S. and think he is an excellent tutor. He also has Anisia O. as his Spanish tutor and she is great as well. My son has made great improvement and better exam preparation since the tuitions with TigerCampus.

On their website, they said payment is at the following month but that is misleading. They actually asked for advance payment. They said if no advance payment, they could not secure the tutor slots for our child. We had few tutors with them. Most of the time, their invoice amounts were wrong and we had to spend time to correct them. When their tutors for my child all left, we wanted to ask for refund of the advance payment. After few months, we have not received the refund of few hundred dollars. The founder contacted me saying they would pay but after that, MIA.

It is very disappointing and annoying that they kept breaking their promises.

Do not sign up with them!

My son is an active boy and hard to take online classes.. However, Tiger Campus, the coaches are specialists for their own subjects and patient to the kid. My son understands coach's explanations deeply even though online class. Since my son have started and challenged Math Olympics in February 2025, we could obtain medals. His achievement has been proved Tiger Campus is really meaningful to the child and gives confidence and pride.

I booked classes for my son to learn coding and they gave him a trial. After that we paid for 8 classes. One day before he started his first class they informed us that the teacher he did the trial with was traveling. They kept changing the teachers and timings constantly even though we agreed on the teacher and timing before paying. I asked for a refund because the timings aren’t suitable for me. It has been one month and they still haven’t sent me a refund. Every week they tell me to wait. I wouldn’t advise anyone to book classes with them.

Teacher assigned was very understanding and supportive. Very resourceful for IB tutors from all subject areas

TigerCampus does bridge the students to the teachers, what is great is that they are willing to accommodate to searching the right tutors to the suitability of the students.
They are also very responsive & attentive through emails and texts especially Chatherine.

Responsive, flexible & provide good free trial tutorials with professional tutors. Online sessions significantly improved my kids' subjects understanding, interest & exam grades.

Good follow up and flexibility to attend to our needs or constraints in timing.
