Recently applied open cell foam in a basement room ceiling for insulation and sound deadening.
Easy to apply. Took far less time than I anticipated. Customer service was great.

Product works as it was advertised no problem spraying and the square footage was right on. I will be using them again.

Normally, I don’t have any problem. I’ve ordered it before and done well. This time halfway through the second set, component B ran out, and when I hooked up another one, it wouldn’t work. And there after the hoses stopped working.

This is a great product at a fair price. Shipping was easy to coordinate and the product arrived as expected.

I placed the order March 4th, it arrived in Tyler Texas on March 8th and as of today it still hasn’t been delivered.

I called T Force Freight again today and they are now telling me maybe next Tuesday. I can’t wait any longer. I’m driving to their terminal to today to pick up the order I paid to have delivered to my project.

Many things.
1-the order said arrival within 2 or 3 business days so I scheduled my contractors accordingly. The order was delivered on 2 separate days,, day 4 and day 5.
2-i called customer services. No one answered and the phone system sent to to a blind voice mail. I left a detailed message and as of today no one has called me back.

I received a damaged product. Reached out to customer service and promptly had a replacement on the way.

Turnaround time was great and delivery driver was very friendly.

UPS damaged the first shipment but Tiger Foam was very quick at replacing the damaged tank and supplies.

One tank was damaged in shipping, I called and a new tank was shipped out immediately.

It’s a good enough product, however, I bought a 600bf kit and it only covered about 400bf before the component B tank was empty, while the component A tank still seemed about half full. That’s a significant loss that I still have to pay for.

0 stars should be an option. The return policy stated on their website is not accurate. I had to drive over an hour a way from my house to drop off the return and shipping the return back was over one hundred dollars. Customer service was rude and responses were not timely. My order was placed 12/29/23 and i wasn’t able to process a return until 2/28/24 because of all the back and forth. Ridiculous and horrible experience.

Tanks did not have a temperature tape for product temperature which I thought had them in the past, also one tank was delivered while the other one took five more days to deliver, not sure why they were sent at different times

Product was excellent as usual… Worth the wait as I am all the way out in Oregon. The tanks perform at their best & maximum yield when you keep them warm & shake them consistently during use. I brought this last set up from 41°F upon delivery to an upper eighties number before use. Area that I shot was in the middle 70s range. You need to have plenty of spare gun tips on hand if you’re going to stop/start often as I had to because of obstructions. The vaseline between the gun-head & the removable tip is critical as well. If you think through and plan things thoroughly, you’ll get great results as I have done with this fantastic material each and every time.

The entire process from navigating the website, ordering, being kept informed about order & delivery was easy, understandable, better than expected. Customer service is quick to respond as well. This experience was the second with this company. Would not hesitate to order from them again.
