An affordable product that meet my needs
An affordable product that meet my needs. Easy to apply and saved me thousands of dollars. Not just for the product but my cooling and I expect heating bill's this coming winter. I have a steel frame shop and it has changed it drastically.
Product was great
Product was great! Only reason for the 4 stars is that on an order of 7 sets, one set only ran about 1/3 of it and there was a leak out of the line and quit working. For the cost that was disappointing. Would use again for other projects.
This is a great product! I saved a ton of money
This is a great product! I did a crawlspace encapsulation and love the results! I will say, I didn't read over the installation instructions very well and laid the tanks down when I was spraying and caused one tank to run out early. I talked to Mark at customer service and he sent out a new order at no charge! 2nd time worked like a charm! Make sure you stand the tanks up, shake them up for 5 minutes each, and pay attention to make sure its mixing right. Put your tips in acetone after changing them out so you can reuse them, but I honestly only used 2 tips the whole time. Easy on the trigger with the fan tip because you'll blow through the product too fast. I hit the deep holes and cracks first then after a minute sprayed the open areas. The job went fast and I got a great result! Read over the instructions, because the videos don't give all the instructions.
Poor customer service
I ran out of fan tips and ordered more 6 days later they still haven't shipped so I called and the lady was very grouchy and began to tell me that they were only ordered 3 days ago and our shipping policy is 1-3 days and i guess she meant real heavy on the 3 she told me their warehouses were backed up and it will be shipped when its shipped and i asked if i could put a rush on it and she began telling me she had no control over when something was shipped and hung up the phone on me.
Worst insulation ever got screwed out…
Worst insulation ever got screwed out of $1500 and they won’t do a refund everything was up to correct temperature. Would never do business with them again. Very crappy product and even worse customer service

Great customer service
Despite foam installation being a daunting task and fairly onerous in execution I have no reservation about recommending Tiger Form. I pre-installation help was good, the installation good and the company follow-up great. I had a tank that malfunctioned and Mark refunded it without equivocation. This isn't cheap stuff either, so the refund was greatly appreciated. Good product, good installation and great company to do business with.
I had a tank that did not work…
I had a tank that did not work properly. I did exactly how the instructions stated to use the product. When I was ready to use the product I tried to open the valve and it took about everything I had to turn the valve open. It seemed to be working. After spraying for a short period I checked the tanks to make sure they were using an even amount out of both tanks, I realized it was using most of the product out of one tank and not the other. I Contacted the service department and they said to email the return department and I never heard back from them.
Customer service is awful
Customer service is awful. Called three times in a week and the guy kept saying I'll check on it when I get home and call you back. I even asked if he had my contact number, which he verified he did. I finally speak to him while he is at home and he is sighing heavily and huffing and puffing and complaining about the computer, and that he has to look up the information. He finally tells me no one can tell if the product has shipped. No one? That's right, there is absolutely no one. So I ask for a different contact number or shipping contact and he just starts yelling at me that he is "not just sitting around doing nothing" and that he "has checked on this order." I politely say, once again, that I am not upset, I just want to know if the product has shipped or not (has been 2 weeks since purchase date) because construction is at a stand still until I get the foam and he looses it and yells and hangs up on me. I call the 800# again and this time chose the billing option, and a woman answers who already has an attitude, so I suspect she is his wife, because you could tell he was at home when he had me on speaker phone. She starts telling me that there is a history in the file where he has been checking on the shipping. I again ask if it has shipped and she cannot tell me. She says UPS picked it up but she doesn't have a pro number because it is hazmat material and they don't issue pro numbers. WHAT? I was a truck driver for a while, and I have shipped many things by UPS, they ALWAYS give a pro number. Today they finally email me saying they don't know where the order is and ask if I want them to reship it or refund. I chose refund. If you get mad at the customer because you screwed up, you don't get my business ever again.
I do want to give a special shout out…
I do want to give a special shout out to the customer service team that helped us get a new kit when our first one wasn't working properly but overall our experience wasn't the best. We are insulating a school bus and we purchased the E-84 fast rise closed cell kit. The first kit we received ended up having a malfunction with the gun and it didn't mix properly therefore leaving a sticky, webbed looking mess while we were a quarter done with the bus. There was no indication that anything was plugged and we changed out our nozzles frequently. We found out it wasn't working though when we noticed our B component was nearly empty while our A component was still mostly full. Like I said, I contacted customer service and they sent us a new kit free of charge. However, our new kit arrived with a broken knob on the A component tank. The plastic was cut down to a point that we couldn't twist the knob to allow air flow through the tank at all. Luckily with some ingenuity we managed to melt down part of the plastic with a hot flat head screwdriver and turn the plastic knob accordingly. Everything was going wonderful until we ran out of spray foam not even halfway through the bus. We managed to get the ceiling coated with only 1 inch (we desired going back over it to do 2 inches) and it completely ran out. We paid $800 with the knowledge that this kit was good enough to cover up to 600 square foot as stated on the website. Our bus is only 240 square foot so we figured it would be more than enough to cover ceiling, walls and floor by 2 inches each. I would recommend calling a professional in your area first before you try to do something like this by yourself. Overall the product on the ceiling dried properly and expanded pretty well but unfortunately was only 1 inch since we ran out. If it weren't for the customer service I would've given this product 1 star.

Foam works great. Order one more pack than you need unless you are highly skilled to account for over spray.

Tiger Foam shipped the correct product quickly every time. The volume discounts are nice and the videos speed up the learning curve for the DIY crowd like me. I put two inches of closed cell foam on a 40 x 40 steel building with 17 foot ceilings. The heater was able to keep up on the coldest days. Looking forward to seeing how the foam does in the summer.
