Long Shipping times

I strongly advise people against doing…

Tiger Medical is absolutely the worst company to deal with. Their customer service department, in addition to their sales manager, should all be fired and the company should start over. They all give a bad name everyone that is in the industry. I spoke to the sales manager who said that they can't control manufacturing time, which is true. He also stated that they had one of the beds in their warehouse, which can be shipped in 1 day. Three weeks later, he has no idea what happened and referred me to their customer service manager. Email after email, voice mail after voice mail, and no one would return any. Today, I called again (three months later) and asked to speak to the customer service manager. I was told by a rude, obnoxious, waste of human space person, that the service manager is not available and the person I should be speaking with is the sales manager. I refused to speak to the sales manager and asked for the customer service manger, but was told that I will not speak to her at all and I can only speak to whom they wanted me to speak to and was transferred to them anyway. These people are liars, cheats, and a waste of time. No other human should be taken for any rides by these people. If you want to lose 3-4 months of your time, money, effort, not get what you pay high money for, and be aggravated, feel free to go ahead with your order. I strongly advise against dealing with these people.

Prices will change on you in between…

Prices will change on you in between placing in cart and paying for the items.
When showing screen shots of the prices to sales team they pretend like they have no clue and will not honor prices.

You won't be dissapointed!

Tiger Medical offers a wide variety of the lab supplies that we need at competitive pricing. They have great customer service and fast shipping. I have never been disappointed by ordering through them!

Poor communications

I placed my order for 3 gram packets of lubricant. I received notice that it was on backorder for up to three weeks. After a month, I asked for a status of my order and, without a response, I received the order in a few days. A response to my email would have been reassuring since I was out of the lubricant for about 2 weeks.
