DO NOT SHOP HERE! I ordered a pair of pants from Tigermist on TikTok shop and ended up returning them. It has been several months and I still did not receive my refund. I’ve been messaging them and they confirmed that they received my return. Where is my refund?

I have returned items that did not fit over a month ago and requested a store credit which I still have not received. I have sent multiple emails and just get an AI generated response that does not resolve the issue. I have been a loyal customer and spent hundreds of dollars with this company and they don’t even have the decency to reply to my emails and issue me a credit. Very disappointing experience, I would avoid shopping here!

I ordered 2 pair of pants xxs and they were like a size 12, I sent both pairs back for a refund.Total order was $178.00 and they refunded $80.00 and said pants were either damaged or not as they were sent to me.
This is a lie and I have asked for proof e.g.photos and they have just ignored my emails. Disgraceful company do not waste your money as sizing is all wrong and they won’t refund if you send items back.

I've ordered several times from them and usually no issues. I ordered 2 seperate orders & had multiple items missing which is super unusual, I reached out to them and they never refunded me. I tried to dispute it through Paypal but no luck. Awful experience, I'm still out about $200 from this.

I placed an order and the dress came within three days but that’s not the problem.. I was charged a few days later the same amount I paid for the dress I ordered but in two unauthorised separate transactions and when I tried to contact customer service they did not reply. I phoned the number and it just rang out and there’s no email to actually email them. I will not be ordering from this site again.

Obviously, they didn't deliver the goods on time, so I couldn't receive the package before I left Australia. I asked to cancel the order, told me that I couldn't cancel it, and gave me a wrong express tracking number.

I wouldn't recommend buying from them.

The customer service is terrible, no one has gotten back to me in regards to a tracking number. There are no tracking details and I don’t where or when my parcel is going to come. I’ve emailed and messaged on instagram and no one is getting back to me, I would avoid especially if you are overseas.

Possible scam - They charged my bank twice but said my payment declined. They also auto-filled my address wrong. And I have received no order confirmation.
