I have ordered before at Tigga Tower and wanted an additional bedding / tower for our three Bengals. Arrived perfectly at the 24th of December and the cat were almost already laying in the tower before finishing it builing.

So I was unaware the cave had not been delivered on time after making the arrangements to re route and correct my error. I stand by our original offer for you to return 1 or both caves to us and we will refund ALL costs including return shipping. Please contact us ASAP so we can make the arrangements
