I would avoid at all costs!! Worst latex shop I have ever purchased from!!! There are far better UK latex shops out there..... Purchased an order of 3 items over 2.5 months ago which wasn't even a made to order item and to this day they have not arrived. Tried to get in touch via their website and email and I have never ever got a reply until I opened a claim with PayPal regarding the issue, demanding cancellation and refund.....!! They apparently responded to the claim, completely ignoring my request to cancel, saying they will send, provided a tracking number and still not sent the item 2 weeks after! What an absolute mess of a company!! Absolutely appalling service!!! Stay away! I will never ever buy again from them!

Ordered made to measure and got my Catsuit last week but unfortunately it is too wide and not like expected to the measurements.

Now I have a catsuit that is absolutely not in the right size I ordered and it looks weird on me. I dont talk about small differences. There is a big difference in some parts of the catsuit in terms of what I measured.

What a waste of money and resources.

Ordered a m2m catsuit over 6 months ago, it was never delivered. At first there were just a lot of excuses why it's late and after a while the owner stopped replying to my emails completely. It has been almost two months without any communication while they are still active on their Instagram. I would save yourself the headache and avoid this shop at all costs.

My wife ordered a bunch of “ready to ship” products and after two weeks nothing happened. After she mailed to the owner in multiple ways there were no response at all about any timeframe of shipping.

So for after one and half months there are no response. We used the buyers protection of paypal for that.

It is sad that this shop developed so bad. We ordered multiple things a few years ago and had a good experience back then.

Seller will not ship for 6 months! It wasn't until after I complained to paypal that I was sent a crappy dress with very poor quality workmanship! The garment falls apart and is very rough around the edges, it's almost as bad as a granny's shroud, as you can see a lot of people have commented on the lack of shipment or the poor quality, so don't buy from here! Don't ever fall for it!

I was very excited when I placed my order on the 14th of February. Had to wait over 3 months before the package arrived… this was really not acceptable as I reached out the owner 2x via email and insta DM and didn’t receive any response while she was still active on social media and just chose to ignore my texts…

Productwise I ordered a bodysuit which was fine but my 2nd item, the bralette in S size had incorrect measurements. I’m a standard 36 and the straps were too short and therefore revealing an unwanted underboob. Several of my friends also tried it on and had the same issue. According to me the incorrect measurements were a result of working with some external party who made the products. Again I tried to contact the owner a few times and no reply…

In short: awful quality and no customer service what so ever. I really feel ripped off despite the nice designs… where is the heart of this company?

Ordered during Black Friday but I received nothing for 3 months. Seller only responded after I raised a dispute with PayPal. The items were eventually shipped but seller put in a wrong unit number to my address (I have double checked that I had given the correct address), resulting in failed delivery. I was able to stop the return back to seller via my local delivery partner but had to incur extra cost despite this being due to seller’s fault. Items received were VERY poorly constructed. In fact, my white latex top was stained all over, rendering it unwearable. Other 2 pieces had poorly joined seams and jagged edges. I have not encountered any seller more heartless and haphazard than tightsidelatex. Definitely avoid.

I placed an order 3 months ago but no delivery seen. Contacted tightsidelatex several times through various channels to inquire about the delivery date but no response at all. On social media they advertising a lot about sales and fast delivery but in practice nothing comes of it. I gonna claim a refund via my credit card company. very disappointing

On the plus side the long-sleeved top I ordered looks well constructed and it was delivered more or less within the delivery timescale shown on the website.
However, although I opted for the custom-made option and sent carefully measured (twice) sizes, the result was upper sleeves which were actually wider than the biceps measurement I provided and a neck so narrow I would be in danger of cutting off the blood supply to the brain if I did the zip up all the way.
So basically a waste of money since the upper arms are baggy instead of tight-fitting.
If someone wants to offer made-to-measure they should stick to customer measurements. Otherwise there's no point.

After 3 month I still did not get my order. I send 5 email with no reply. Had ordered via PayPal, and had to create a complaint before I got my money back from PayPal. Not sure PayPal got their money. DONT buy from this site!!

Good quality and nice packaging.
No fifth star because it took seven weeks to complete instead of the expected three to four weeks. They also ignore all e-mails you send them apparently.
Will definitely buy again from them.

Decent quality items, but delivered too late 7 weeks instead of posted 3-4 weeks also the item was too small. After sending multiple emails asking about sizing and any options for resizing it or just checking if i got the correct size, i sadly never got a response. This leaves me with an expensive latex item that will be thrown out because its unusable.
