Very poor service - still don’t have my ‘payed for’ item
I sent a return back over 3 weeks ago as I received a weight lifting belt that was way smaller than advertised/ labeled etc- In fact it only just fitted my young daughter.
I contacted them and they said to return for replacement, I sent back, I’ve had no replacement and after a few messages from myself to them I have had no reply/ replacement/ refund etc.
