I want to warn others based on my experience. I contracted this company for a website project, paid the full agreed amount, but the delivered work was incomplete and missing key features. After full payment they largely stopped responding to formal emails; almost all communication moved to WhatsApp, which makes it difficult to keep a verifiable paper trail.
More concerning: the domain was registered under the company’s name and I have no access or control over it. There is no transparency about company leadership (no CEO or responsible persons listed), staff turnover appears high, and I couldn’t find anyone reliable to speak with. I also observed multiple overly positive Google reviews that seem inauthentic, which makes it hard to trust the company’s reputation.
If you consider hiring them, insist on:
1. The domain being registered in your name or transferred to you on payment.
2. A written contract that lists deliverables, timelines, and acceptance criteria.
3. Payments linked to milestones (not full upfront) and receipts you keep.
4. Email as the primary channel for important agreements (so you have evidence).
I’m disappointed and would not recommend them until they become more transparent and start delivering on commitments.
