Api works. Some functions could use better documentation tho.

This api is fantastic! I'm simply poor and can't afford it.

Easy to use, secure and good documentation

I've subscribed to the "Business" package which costs about $189 and contains premium support. I've ran into an issue which I posted into the community 5 days ago and still have not heard back from them. I have followed this up with an email too, which I'm still waiting to hear a response from.

The service they're offering has so much potential, it's just a shame it's being let down by slow/no replies. It seems to be a common theme amongst those within the community. I hope they can help soon.

Happy to update my review once support provides me with assistance.

Update: Support was able to get back to me, and they were able to help me resolve the issue I was having with a specific endpoint.

The API works great, quite well documented and easy to use. Honestly, I doubt you can find anything better and as robust as TikAPI for getting TikTok data.

Dont pay them nothing. They are arrogant people. I am was using few api keys on different accounts, also with highest price and zero support, zero communication,basic requirements not working and once you pay, you never see again your money.

Been using TikAPI for a 8 months now, it is a good API for TikTok, if it's working..

Lately there are many endpoints down multiple times in a month, which is really hard to sell to our customers. They are most of the times also fixed magically by their team within 1 or 2 days which is a good thing.

I totally understand they need to adjust things according to TikTok changes, but they just don't communicate or give any updates. They have removed the chat, and not responding to any mail, support tickets or forum.

They advertise business package with Premium support, but there is no Premium support.

They could have a really awesome product, if they decrease downtime of the endpoint and communicate fast to their customers.

Mostly it is OK, mostly issues are fixed fast.
-1 because there is no plan for 20k, 30k daily usage.

Pretty reliable way of getting data from TikTok. In the past, i need to make scraper for TikTok but tiktok keep changes something to their frontend and keep me banned. So i found this service.

I had some questions with CS before deciding to implement TikApi, and
CS almost always response to my question and given me right answer to keep me help to understand more about tikapi service.

All in all TikApi can save you quite some time, if you need data from tiktok without make scraper.

Before forget, maybe tikapi can considered to make documentation for response data other than type data, but spesific about the field itself.

Terrible support, most of the time they don't reply and when they do they're very direspectful. Feels like they're doing you a favor.
Also the service has considerable downtimes.

Awesome API that makes building on top of TikTok data easy. Could provide better documentation, but it's straightforward enough. Keep up the good work!

Couldn’t get past signing into account online. Tiktok has multiple ways to login such QR code, Facebook, google, twitter, apple, and Instagram. I used one of these options at the creation of my Tiktok account and although I’ve changed my login information to include and email and password, I cannot login via desktop without using one of these methods. And while that’s not necessarily a reflection of TikAPI and it’s potential uses if other users have the same issue, it renders the API useless.

The api is great when it works. The customer service is absolutely non existent. They have never replied to a single email when the API has been down for 24 hours +. Our team has reached out many times with absolutely not help. If you need consistency in a service watch out.

Edit: it’s really wild that you respond almost immediately here but not when directly messaged through your email or the Tidio messenger on your site. I have several accounts with the $79/month subscription so not sure why you’re being so defensive and saying this.

Availabitly is not the best, some endpoints are down multiple times a month causing disruption in our systems and their response time is not the best either. Also some endpoints changed the response types without notifying the users, not a good practice.

When it works it's ok.

Edit: 3 weeks since this review and the endpoint was down at least once every 3 days. Support is notn existent and we pay for the premimum one!

I had some trouble using it, I only got data from my account, but I needed info about other accounts and hashtags and I couldn't get any, that's why I didn't keep using it.

I still have not received my api key after purchasing

Great product! This works as advertised. I am testing out the free trial, but will shortly shift to a premium license. There is a learning curve to make API calls. There are many ways to do it, but I am using Python, and it works great. Using this API does require some baseline knowledge of programming.

I am glad I found this product!

I thought I can use all the non premium feature, but found out that i need to request access to certain non premium feature, e.g. delete a comment, and there was no response from the team itself during free trial. Pretty disappointing
