"How long do you think it is reasonable to wait for a reply to my email?.
Your website indicates small company, family owned, customer orientated.
I have made a legitimate point about your product, followed YOUR sizing guide to the letter, as advised on your website, which resulted in leggings that had to be frequently pulled up during a run.
Useless to me, but I would have expected at least a reply.
That is poor customer service, but maybe that is meaningless to this company. "
Save your money and go somewhere else
Update: my reply to the first customer service contact, which advises No returns if used, but gives a "helpful link" to sell them on via Facebook!!!!
I am aware of your returns policy.
Without the instructions from your website to clearly use your own size guide I would have ordered Medium.
However your website is very specific. Based solely on that I ordered Large. Tried them on, they felt okay with the drawstring, but they started to fall down after less than 1 km.
I actually feel misled.
I do not use Facebook, so the option to sell is not appropriate for me.
They are waiting to go to the Charity Shop, and I will continue to buy from Sturdy by Design. Who I have to say could teach you a lot about customer service and product quality.

Great leggings awful delivery.
I love the leggings from this company, the fit is good and the patterns are ace. However, my order experience has put me off. It took two weeks of chasing for my order to arrive, customer service did respond but just fobbed me off with ‘post issues’ or ‘it’s on the way’ when it clearly wasn’t and they did little to expedite the delivery. Great product, shame they can’t seem to manage effective delivery.
