False promises, won't cover return import tax
They told me to order two sizes when I gave them my measurements, and to return one. When I did, I not only had to pay for return shipping to Romania, but they then promised to pay their import tax but then changed their minds and said they'd take their import tax amount off my refund amount! This is not the service I expected from such expensive shoes. I'm now going to have to try and resell the pair that don't fit myself, because I refuse to pay this company's import tax for them.
