I love magical bricks. The staff make you feel so welcome and comfortable. They're willing to spend the time and help you find what your wanting. They remember who you are and keep you updated to date with any new products that have come in that's within your style. Just all round incredible. Thank you

I have been a customer of Magical Bricks for over a year now and I am thrilled with my experiences so far. The customer service is always first class and the sales assistants take the time to get to know their customers and what they want. Nothing is too much trouble, and if on the rare occasion they don't have what you want in stock they are more than happy to find it and get it in for you.

The quality and choice of products is unbelievable - from big build projects to micro brick/ connection bricks mini sets, they have it all - and the price is always fair. I would not hesitate to recommend Magical Bricks to any building enthusiast.

This shop is amazing Not only have I discovered my love for building bricks but I have made some friends.

The quality of the bricks are amazing and the instructions are easy to understand and detailed. The range of bricks available are amazing, anything you can think of they probably have it. If they don’t have it the girls will try their best to get it for you. And they will help you all the way from the moment you place your order, delivery and all up until you finish your build.

Speaking of the girls, by girls I mean the sellers. I have honestly never met people like them. They have the most sweetest nature you can ever dream of. They are so helpful, caring , funniest people you can ever meet.

I have been part of this family for 6 months, and I love it and you can guarantee I buy a pile every month without doubt

It don’t end there the customers all chat to each other, friendly banter and there for you if you need help. I have literally made friends with people from this shop., so don’t be shy, give it a try 😀

Good qualities items and staffs are all very friendly and patient. Even willing to search for items thats not available in their shop and searches for them fast! Bought quite a lot and will continue to buy more!

Literally everything I've bought from here has been fantastic. I love Magical Bricks and the community I've been welcomed into. I wouldn't shop anywhere else because I know the staff always find the products I need (and they are pretty amazing at knowing exactly what I would love to have in my collection). I view them on TikTok and place my orders with them. Every single sales associate is welcoming and friendly. They go above and beyond to assist me in making selections and even order in special items for me.

After sales care is top notch as well. They can help with tracking and any other issue you can think of. You dont get this quality of care from big box stores.

The brands they sell are high quality, some are better than a known brand we typically see.

The selection of bricks you can pick is vast. Large buildings, medium buildings, micro buildings. Flowers, Chinese culture, robots, cars, connection bricks, Sanrio and many many more. There is always something to find.

Pricing is on point as well, especially when you consider the service they give you while ordering and the after care as well.

If you are looking for a business that treats you like family, you have found it. They welcome everyone and treat you like you are their sibling. Even if you are not there to buy that day, they welcome you and just love to chat.

I highly suggest you come to a live and see for yourself. You wont regret it.
