I ordered a pair of cute "suede" shoes via an Instagram ad. I received the shoes several weeks later, and found a pair of shoes that looked NOTHING like the ad, and were DEFINITELY not suede. When I emailed them to ask for a shipping label so I could return the shoes and be refunded, they offered 15% off the shoes- no return, no refund. This company is a total scam. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM! I'm out $35!!

if i could give a zero I would. Ordered sneakers 6 weeks ago never received them but they did charge my account. When I contacted them through customer support there was never a reply. Never got a chance to decide if I liked the product or not. I assume there are many complaints because my credit card refunded me in 24 hours without questions.

I would rate a zero if -there was an option..l ordered shoes from this company 6 months ago and have not heard from these people..they have my money..isn't that fraud!!!

Ordered March 29 and no shoes! Wish I’d read these reviews! I’ll be getting my bank to reverse the charge.

Although I received shoes, the did not fit and when I asked for a refund they first said they would but I would have to pay the $30 for shipping and I agreed. They then responded that they actually could only refund me 15% and I could keep their horribly built shoes. I will file for a refund with my credit card. Their website says they will do refunds or returns and they do not honor their policy. Do not buy from this company. I wish I would have researched the company a little more before making such an impulse buy. Buyer beware.

I wish I would’ve seen all these reviews before I ordered. It took over a month to get them, they looked nothing like the picture. They were cheap, poor quality & the soles were plastic at best. No shoe box. Do not order from this company!!

My rating is for NO stars!! Fraudulent people behind this company. Did not receive anything. Only false promises that item was on it's way. Ripping people off in the middle of a pandemic!! How dishonorable. Hope karma is swift and just with these poor excuses for human beings. SHAME ON YOU!!!

Shoes look like they are made out of cardboard terrible quality and when requested a refund they will not refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL. The items are not anything like the pictures, the items you receive look like they got donated to goodwill.

Terrible customer service. Shoes are too big, they are charging 38 dollars to return. Materials is crap and shoes are stiff. Dont waste your money.

You will never receive your shoes. Some person who clearly is not from this country will keep emailing you that it is at a post office - months will go by and you will never receive it. Tildashoes is STEALING money and will be prosecuted. Authorities have been notified.

They took my money and I never got my shoes. I email and they say ‘shoes will be at post office soon’. I just want my money back but think they are overseas so not sure who can help.

Fraudulent. I have one month with no updates to my package. It's a waste of money.
