I employed the services of this company.. I wasn't satisfied with the outcome. They threatened to sue me if i didnt pay..I complained to Checkatrade and provided all emails, messages and communications I had with the owner.. Checkatrade upheld my complaint and they were removed.. They were rude, secretive & aggressive.. They've left negative reviews about my business and I'm now looking at harassment & misrepresentation, so be warned. It neednt have gone this far but for some pathetic act of revenge review. I highly recommend desisting...i would not recommend this company or the owner..There was no discussion about using different solvents.. Which is a pack of lies. You were on your hands and knees with a wet sponge and a glazed looked in your eye because you didn't have a clue what you doing. You recommended Melamime pads (your whatts app message) which under certain circumstances can damage a porcelain surface...Had it not been for the insistence of the client that you stay and speak to me personally, you were ready to disappear off without so much as word..I have the whole messaging communication to prove it, so spare me the bs..this company knew exactly what the problem was and could not provide the service to do it.. why would i accept a quote (inducement)that said you could remove resin for an additional fee and then you turn round and say, oh! I cant do it, when you were in full knowledge of the facts...haze & resin.. I provided all the details & photographs you requested and you were ready to lurch off..Alicia Smit..Tile Cleaning Agents...your pathetic...own it.. you failed..Fortunately, the problem was resolved after I spoke to the supplier of the temporary sealer and they had the solution and the patio was successfully cleaned within a day. Had you done your research and educated yourself on resin removal in the first place then this wouldn't have been an issue and I would have paid the additional £350 and you wouldn't be projecting your anger and incompetence on a third party..I made the mistake, of course I did..Why the hell would i ask a so called professional business to come in and rectify it...? Are you stupid or something? This is whole thing just ridiculous... own it.. you failed to provided what was promised and you were rude & aggressive.. I would never recommend TILE CLEANING AGENTS..Also, you cannot defame, if you're telling the truth..

We left Checkatrade because the online directory was not bringing business. They did not remove us.
Most importantly, we never guarantee the removal of sealers from high slip-resistant porcelain due to the tile’s microscopic surface structure.
Here is a copy of the quote:
“Grout Haze Removal – Cement-based grout… This quote is only for cement-based residue… We cannot guarantee removal of topical sealers. If required, further treatment would be charged at £350 per application.”
You claimed that you could remove the residue by hand, that you only needed someone with a big machine to do the whole patio. But upon arrival you showed us two bottles – the temporary sealer that you had applied to the whole patio and left in the hot summer heat for weeks, which allowed it to cake into the tiles; and another bottle of resin based epoxy that glued stones along the edges. It was clear that there was shiny residue of the 2-part epoxy along the edges.
Yes our grout haze removal service only took 3 hours, but we waited another two hours for you to return to site and for us try various solvents to try to remove the temporary sealer. It was clear that there was no way to remove the sealer safely, without causing damage to the tiles. We did not proceed further and did not charge the additional £350.
We understand that you are upset about your predicament, but you cannot pass on your mistakes to other companies and then defame their reputation online.
