Thanks for your feedback.
We’ve checked our system and can see the order was placed directly through our website, and the tiles sent match the product selected. We do understand there can be a slight colour difference between screen and the actual tile, though they are generally very close.
If you’re not happy with the colour, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help with a return or exchange.
