Recently purchased our kitchen wall and floor tiles from tilezone, im glad we found them, there were half the price of topps tiles for exactly the same tile. Saved almost £500

We found the Tilezone website when trying to find the tiles we liked at a cheaper price. We initially thought that the price was too good to be true as they were almost half price to the numerous tile shops we had visited. Suliman and his colleagues were extremely helpful with our many questions about the sizes, shade etc. He offered to send a sample to us which arrived promptly.
Once the order was placed and the tiles were delivered from Italy, we were unable to store them (40 sq mt) at home due to the whole house being a building site. Suliman agreed to store them for us until we were ready for them which was approximately two months! He even rang me before he went away to check whether we would need the tiles during the time he was away. We were extremely grateful for this. When we were ready for delivery, Suliman arranged delivery promptly and on time.
We haven’t yet opened the boxes but all the tiles we can see are perfect. I would wholeheartedly recommend using Tilezone and will definitely use them again. The quality of customer service, competitve prices, friendliness and professionalism is second to none. Try them, you won’t be disappointed 👍🙂.

If you need tiles and want a professional service where by the service means everything then talk to tile zone. Samples, to costs, delivery charges are amazing. Got my delivery within 24hours and much more and the whole process was absolutely hassle free. The range is amazing, lots of choice and range to choose from. Recently purchased tiles for my bathroom refurb from Tilezone, they were almost half the cost i had been quoted elsewhere however don't be fooled thinking you don't get the same quality for a cheaper price. The tiles I received were superb quality, delivered quickly and with no damages. The service I received from Tilezone was excellent and i would highly recommend them to anyone!

We first went to buy tiles from Tilezone Blackburn, a very helpful associate assisted us, he recommended we visit his Burnley Branch, where they had a sample we might like for our Bathroom Wall and Floor tiles, they were from Spain. We left and to his word we ordered tiles from the Burnley store. The order arrived just when they said it would do. They later arranged for collection in Blackburn as it was closer for us. When we later fell short of tiles , we rang the store and they did everything to help. In fact they opened their warehouse after hours to get the extra tiles we needed on the same day. The service we have received is just outstanding . I would totally recommend Tilezone to anyone reading this , as the quality of tiles is fabulous and the service was outstanding . Thank you Tilezone for all your help with our order, if we could give a higher grade 10/10 we would .We would definitely use Tilezone again in the future , great prices , brilliant service.

Was let down by tops tiles as they discontinued the product. Searched for the tiles on Internet. Came across tile zone. Spoke to Suliman who talked me through the order. Continued to liaise with Abdul, ibrahim & Suliman absolutely 5* service. Received the tiles lay them down, No faults, imperfections at all. Absolutely delighted with the product, service & support. My rating most definitely 5***** would love to meet in person to say a "Big Thank You" to the team 👏🏼👏🏼 hallway & kitchen floor looks amazing😊😊 one very happy customer. Based on price of tiles and other customer reviews was more than happy to place an order for tiles £600 + . Rang customer service X2 to discuss a particular tile only to find person answering phone had no knowledge of tiles . Rang again and same again . Left telephone number and no one bothered to call me back. After weighing up discount tiler would get at Topps tiles and delivery cost £48 and poor service I elected to pay £50 more for complete peace of mind from Topps who have been brilliant .

Tilezone had the tile we wanted at a great price. Their customer service was very good and they were in contact with us about a possible delay (which didn't happen in the end). Their great service was let down by their delivery company, who were not prepared to wait while I checked the tile delivery. Would recommend to others.

The tiles we have chosen for our bathroom were true to pictures provided on their website. Ordering was easy and processed quickly. I was able to choose the date of delivery and that was respected. Tiles came on a palette and were carefully transported. Also none of them were damaged.
I would recommend Tilezone and would definitely use them in the future.

I was searching for outdoor tile's and couldn't fine the tile's I wanted in Belfast. I tried a couple of company's in England and speaking to the guys in tilezone they where really helpful and pointed me in the right direction. The payment was easy made and the tile's where despatched and arrived on the date they give me. I was more then happy with the produce and delighted with the service I was given

Bought some Split tiles from Tile Zone which smashed the price by half compared to the well known tile shops. Had a bit of a delivery mishap with some broken/damaged boxes due to some careless handling by the courier company. Emailed tile zone and within 2 days replacement tiles delivered with no fuss. Top Top customer service. One to note....Make sure you check your order thoroughly and mark items as damaged and you won't get any problems.

Really pleased with the tiles, and they were cheaper than I could find anywhere else! Had a few questions I needed to ask via email and they were answered very quickly. Delivery was excellent. Was told the day before that they would be delivered and the driver phoned me an hour before. Unfortunately no one would be there at the time he was coming so he did another local delivery to give my wife time to get home. Brilliant service. Thank you.
